Great neighborhood ! Amazing restaurants, bars, cafés, music scene... Not too expensive. And you'll feel just like home in my flat. Easy transportation to go anywhere in Paris ;)
Mini loft between la Bastille and Père Lachaise.
There's a direct bus ride to the Louvre and Metro Charonne is only two blocks away
There are Many restaurants, bars and food stores just around the corner. Great bakeries and wine stores
The street we're on is really quiet yet we're a five minute walk from rue de charonne with all its different bars and restaurants. It's a fun neighborhood very parisian and young
The flat is Cosy, quiet, well ventilated and very bright.
It's on the 5th floor with a small lift to the 4th floor
It's Spacious despite its triangularity (645 sq ft on the ground)
A working kitchen, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. There's a washing machine and a dryer
And wireless internet connexion
It's ideal for two, though there's an alcove with another full bed
The neighborhood is very nice, with many good restaurants if you go down Charonne towards Bastille. I recommend a Vietnamese restaurant called Paris-Hanoi and a very French cafe called Pause Café. Both are on rue Charonne, at about a 5-10 minutes walk.
What is very practical is to take the bus 76 that goes directly to the Louvre and brings you in the center of Paris.
I've been studying in Montreal so I'm really happy to rent out my flat while I'm away!
You will have access to :
- everything there is in the flat !
- You can everything you need in the area. There are a bunch of supermarkets, but also very good cheese, wine, meat, fruits and vegetables shops. There are also a bunch a open air markets. One called Le Marché d'Aligre (close to Bastille and very cheep).
I try to be there to welcome my guests the most possible. But I'm a band manager so I have to travel quite a lot. I'm always reachable very fast on my cellphone or by email...
I think my neighborhood is one of the best... No really it is great because life is not too expensive co,pared to the center of the city. Also, I love the people living in this area. Very multi cultural and alive ! Bars, cafés, restaurants are cool. You will also find quite some great places to listen to live music and to go out at night. Places I have marked on the airbnb guide ;)
Public transport gets you everywhere in Paris. Bus 76 that goes on rue de Charonne crosses Paris from east to west. With it you can go to Bastille, the Marais (St Paul stop) and the Louvres directly.
Also metro line 9, goes to Republic and the Champs Elysées.
And line 2 goes to Pigalle and close to Montmartre.
Super weekend!! L'appartement confortable et accueillant, Pablo est très disponible et de bons conseils pour restaurants ou autre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour nos prochains séjours à Paris.
We were unlucky..Because we didn´t have the chance to meet our brand new host and he should be a great man! he tried to be there, unless we didn´t see him. He was quick in replying to every single message we left him. He arranged everything to ease our access into his house and what we found inside (in the middle of a raining Parisinian night) was a very cozy appartment very tidy and nicely furnished.
The only disadvantage (and it really wasn´t, to be fair) was the roof, which sometimes forces you to bend down when youwant to take something from the fridge.
Another remarkable point it is the location, next to Republique. We didn´t know this neighbourhood in town but is an alternative area full of alternative pubs and very nice restaurants (recommended, by the way, by our host)
Pablo! we need you to let us your appartment again, next time!
Pablo was really easy to reach. The flat was exactly as described and shown on the pictures. We had a lovely stay and the location is perfect. It was our first time with AirBnb and wewill definitely do it again. I recommend Pablo's loft to everyone.
L'appartement de Pablo etait tres agreable! Pablo etait tres accueillant, et disponible! Nous avons adoré notre sejour à Paris.
Merci pour ce sejour!
The apartment was okay, a few things weren't that clean as we expected. Pablo is a very nice host.
Great apartment in Paris in a fun area. Really felt like a home, which was great to come back to each day. Easy check-in and key drop.
This is the second time I have stayed at this loft- another really great experience- Pablo is a superb host and the communication was perfect! The apartment has an incredible atmosphere and is very comfortable- Thank you so much Pablo!
Loved our stay in Pablo's apartment. Very convenient, for everything we wanted to do. The apartment is clean and light. A great place to come back to after walking around Paris. . Pablo was very easy to deal with, and always answered emails quickly. We would definitely go back.
Pablo's flat situated just under the roof of an old but poetic Parisian house is even nicer than on the photos. It is quite spacious, full of light, simple and friendly. My parents that stayed there for two nights appreciated a lot the neighbourhood, its ambiance, its cool cafes (especially the one just in front of the house) and proximity to the city center. Before your stay, you will get good advices from Pablo where to go to shop, eat and drink and there are aIso some useful guides in the flat. I highly recommand it.
Pablo's apartment is a very nice place, with lots of light and a very good vibe, in a popular and pleasant area of Paris, full of restaurants, bars and cafés. I stayed for three nights and had a great time there. I'd definitely come back.
