The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

The space
Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned before each stay, and the beds are freshly made for every guest. Plenty of fresh towels are provided as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential utensils, and you’ll also find coffee, tea, and other everyday essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guest access
The entrance to the apartment is in the street called Fallbachgasse. Our building has no house number on this site but it is opposite of the number 18. The street is a one-way street and the parking lot as also the entrance is on the right hand side. You can park directly in front of our open garage. From here you can follow the signs (Airbnb Apartment Ortner) and find your way directly to the flat. Our front door is always open and with the code you can open the door to the flat.
