One of a kind luxurious home only 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. If only the best will do then you've found your place to stay! Las Colinas is in the center off Dallas/Fort Worth & the perfect location to be close to Dallas, Grapevine, Coppell, Arlington & Fort Worth. DFW airport & Grapevine are only 15 minutes away & the Cowboys Stadium is 20 minutes away. No parties or events are allowed. This is a great choice for families, friends & business travelers who appreciate a luxurious home.

The space
This home is 3 levels, allowing plenty of privacy for your group. There is one bedroom on the 1st level in addition to a small outside patio designated for grilling.

The 2nd floor are your common areas which include your kitchen, living, guest bath and dining area. There is also a beautiful terrace on this level.

The 3rd level has your master suite, additional two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a patio with pergola adorned with lights attached to your suite. It is a wonderful, relaxing space.

There is a full bathroom on level one,
A half bath on level two and 2 full bathrooms on level 3. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom.

Events/Parties/Special Services

Parties and social functions are not allowed at this property, however you you can rent a venue close by for an additional fee that has been negotiated for my guests. Availability depends on your specific dates. The venue is 5 minutes away and can accommodate up to 100 guests. In addition please inquire about my other properties that do allow for events.

A private chef referral is available with advance notice and prices are determined by the chef.

If you are celebrating a special event please let me know and special arrangements can be made to surprise your special someone. Fees do apply and are determined by your needs.

Cleaning service:
If you would like cleaning service during your stay, please let me know and I will arrange for you. This is an additional cost of $125.

Guests have access to everything in the home home, excluding a few closets.
Garage parking is available for one to two vehicles and two additional vehicles are allowed in the driveway. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed.

In one of the most popular parts of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Las Colinas has a multitude of restaurants, entertainment venues and shopping. The Irving Convention Center and Toyota Music Factory are only 7 minutes away. This property is only 15-20 minutes away from downtown Dallas by car. This is a very a safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping close by including one of the largest outlet malls in Texas which is only 15 minutes away at Grapevine Mills Mall.
There is an entertainment center that include bowling, bumper cars, arcade dining only 5 minutes away.
A movie theater is also only 5 minutes away.

Within a two minute drive there are the following grocery stores and retail.
