  • I liked Molly & Roberto's place a lot. The rom was spacious and private. The bathroom was on a few steps away and I had it all to myself during my stay. Although there was no desk space in the room they wer happy to let me use the dining area table which is also right near the room. There are stores and restaurants within easy walking distance, including an ice cream parlor for late night snacks.

They are interesting people and know a lot about the Boulder area. Our schedules didn't always match, but we had some good chats. I would definitely like to stay with them again in the future.

  • Molly and Roberto were super nice! We had a problem with Airbnb when they overcharged me for the room, but Molly and Roberto were willing to give us the lower price as they understood the life and budget of a backpacker. Their place was clean, very close to pearl st. (Downtown). If you drive, there's plenty of street and guest packing in their garage. I highly recommend it! Thanks Molly and Roberto for a nice stay!

  • Actually, we, my significant other and I, had a very short experience with our host because of traffic accident that left us 30 minutes to get ready for and get to a wedding we were attending in town. In that time we met Molly, who was very nice and accommodating including giving us the opportunity to check in earlier than post time, but did obviously didn't happen. Check-in so to speak was easy, showed us where things were and gave us a key. The room was clean and presented nicely with anything needed at hand. We then didn't get back till 1 or 2 am from wedding. We then got up and left first thing in the morning around 9:30 am for a brunch. Molly and Roberto weren't around at this time. This is why I say our interactions were minimal. I can't say anything about food because we never ate there, but the kitchen looked functional to make whatever you would want to. The one drawback we had was that it got very hot in the room that night. There wasn't much airflow, even though we had the 2 windows. Now they did have a fan present in the room but we didn't turn this on because I am a light sleeper and it would have kept me up. We didn't see a switch for AC although it may have been a central air system, but I'm not sure. Overall, it was just what we needed due to our quick in and out and cost since Boulder is pretty expensive if you go the hotel route. The location was great for anything downtown. We had a car and there was space to park underneath the building for guests.

  • Excellent place to stay, perfectly located within walking distance to the heart of Boulder, local market and bike trails. It is also a short walk to our favorite hiking trail, Mt. Sanitas. Molly and Roberto were great hosts. Check in /out was a breeze. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

  • Molly (email hidden) - she was flexible with our check-in, had a lovely clean apartment with our own room and bathroom, and was full of ideas on restaurants to go to and places to see in Boulder. We would definitely stay with her again!

  • Molly and Roberto's place was just what we needed. It was within walking distance of good food, shopping, and parks. I'm thinking of moving to Boulder, and Molly was happy to give me advice about jobs, housing, and the general culture. Friendly and clean.
