  • My family of 11 just spent the long weekend (July 4th) at Mark and Kathy's wonderful home in Nipomo. The vacation home was perfect for our dad's surprise 60th birthday and everyone had such a blast. The home itself was very accomodating for a large group, the price was extremely reasonable, and we all felt very much at home from the second we stepped into their cozy house!

The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was large enough to cook for such a large group, however, our favorite part was the backyard BBQ and patio area - SO beautiful!

Mark and Kathy were extremely helpful when planning this getaway, suggesting activities, restaurants and being very detailed in doing so. Their responses were always quick and they were very forthcoming with their information! The entire experience was stress-free and so nice! We would absolutely visit their beautiful home again!

Thank you Mark & Kathy!! :)

    Danny and Tammy,
We so appreciate everything you all did to help the evening when our home was damaged by the person driving the vehicle into our wall. We hope this did not disrupt your wonderful vacation time and you all could enjoy the rest of your relaxing weekend. Thank you for taking such good care of our home when you stayed. We really appreciate people like you who respect others home and property the way you all did.

  • I wanted to thank Kathy for letting my family and I into her home. We stayed there mid - January and the weather was surprisingly good. We got a chance to ATV and enjoy the beach. The hosts responded promptly and we had no issues. I recommend this place for anyone. The decor at the house was a hit with the ladies. The pool table and backyard were hits with the men. And the kids loved the jungle theme bunk beds. Thanks again for hosting kathy and mark!

From celebrating our wedding, New Years, and uniting our families from different corners of the world, this house was perfectly suited for our needs. Easy to communicate with, Mark and Kathy made everything very clear and easy for check-in and check-out. Everything was in great condition and very clean, and the beds were so comfy! We had a lot of fun playing pool, ocean kayaking in Avila Beach, and enjoying great meals on the terrace. I highly recommend this rental, they are A++++ Airbnb Hosts!

About
My name is Kathy and the gentleman in the picture with me is my husband Mark. Both Mark and I are locals of the Central Coast of California and we are native born Californians. We recently moved to the Nevada area for Mark's career. We are both very outgoing and love to travel (maybe with AIRBNB we can travel more), love our family with all our being, love sports (not as much watching but more doing), enjoy reading, bike riding, swimming, boating, fishing, snow skiing, camping, hiking, exploring and adventures, remodeling homes, gardening, and we are both animal lovers (mainly cats and dogs). We loved growing up on the Central Coast of California and must tell you that our area offers so many different venues such as mountains, beaches, lakes, streams, wine vineyards, golf courses, country, and semi-city living. Additionally, the Central Coast area has grown tremendously over the years, which has brought many new and interesting people to the area providing a large variety of different lifestyles, cultures, and cuisines. My husband Mark and I grew up in San Luis Obispo County and love everything the Central Coast has to offer and then some. Please check out all the wonderful places to visit that we have provided in the guidebook section of this site to help make your vacation the best experience possible. We are proud to say we have four beautiful adult daughters who have blessed us with nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren, and our family is growing with every new year by leaps and bounds. We are thankful for our guests who choose our destination and vacation home as there next wonderful journey and look forward to getting to know each of you in the near future. Thank you so much for choosing us, and we hope you have the best vacation and special memories one can experience in a lifetime! Welcome to the Central Coast of California and please come back often because there is no way you can see everything and enjoy all there is to experience and do in just one trip! Have a safe and wonderful journey! Your Hosts ~ Mark and Kathy :)
