About this listing
Nice Mission Apartment 2 blocks from Bart Station (Public Transport), and walkable to all the great food, coffeeshops and amenities of the neighborhood.
Stay in a nice 2 bedroom Mission Apartment!
Your apartment comes furnished.
1 Bedroom with one queen bed, dresser, night stands. Second bedroom suitable as an office or second bedroom. The second bedroom has a double sized bed, so best for a smaller adult
Small kitchen with modern gas range, fridge, etc.
Bathroom (clawfoot tub with shower).
The apartment has all of the basic amenities, and I’m happy to share anything. There's high speed wireless internet available and a 32 inch monitor to plug your computer into for netflix.
The apartment is only 2 blocks from the 24th Street Bart!, 7 Blocks to Dolores Park, and half a block from Valencia St. There is free parking if you are willing to move your car every couple of hours to avoid tickets, but I'd advise against it. There are also garages and meters in the neighborhood.
This is my home, it's not a rental property. There are some awesome aspects of this. There is food in fridge, coffee in cupboard, even sweaters and sweatshirts if you get surprised by our foggy San Francisco weather. On the other hand, it's not a hotel experience. The place is quirky. It is a little dark because it's on the first floor, the kitchen floor is slanted, and you'll probably know more than you want to about my upstairs neighbors by the time you leave. That said, the location is amazing and the place is well appointed. You'll have a great time!
You are booking the entire apartment. If you are interested in booking just the private room, please see "Nice private room in the mission" if it is available at the time you would like.
Ask me if you need special check in or check out times; they are often available.
This is a listing for 2 people max
2 blocks to Bart Station (Public Transport), 2 Blocks to Tech Bus/(website hidden) Bus drop off area, and 1 block to bus line.
Other Things to Note
There is a fish tank in the apartment. For guests staying longer than a few days you have the option to feed them (its pretty easy) or I have someone that can come by and take care of it. Its really what's most convenient for you the guest.
