Nice Mission Apartment 2 blocks from Bart Station (Public Transport), 2 Blocks from Tech Bus drop off area, and walkable to all the great food, coffeeshops and amenities of the neighborhood.
Stay in a nice 1 bedroom Mission Apartment!
Your apartment comes furnished.
Bedroom with one queen bed (suitable for two adults), dresser, night stands.
Small kitchen with modern gas range, fridge, etc.
Bathroom (clawfoot tub with shower).
The apartment has all of the basic amenities, and I’m happy to share anything. There's high speed wireless internet available and a 32 inch monitor to plug your computer into for netflix.
The apartment is only 2 blocks from the 24th Street Bart!, 7 Blocks to Dolores Park, and half a block from Valencia St. There is free parking if you are willing to move your car to avoid tickets, but I'd recommend against it unless you have a place to park it.
This is my home, it's not a rental property. There are some awesome aspects of this. There is food in fridge, coffee in cupboard, even sweaters and sweatshirts if you get surprised by our foggy San Francisco weather. On the other hand, it's not a hotel experience. The place is quirky. It is a little dark because it's on the first floor, the kitchen floor is slanted, and you'll probably know more than you want to about my upstairs neighbors by the time you leave. That said, the location is amazing and the place is well appointed. You'll have a great time!
You are booking the entire apartment. If you are interested in booking just the private room, please see "Nice private room in the mission" if it is available at the time you would like.
There is a second bedroom in the apartment that is closed for storage in which I live there when the place isn't rented. So this is a one bedroom with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom all to yourself
2 blocks to Bart Station (Public Transport), 2 Blocks to Tech Bus/(website hidden) Bus drop off area, and 1 block to bus line.
Graham's place is a good place to base yourself -- near BART, near lots of fun stuff in the Mission, and not too noisy. The apartment itself is a typical older SF unit, but the price is in line with the level of amenities.
I was so happy to stumble upon Graham's listing and have the opportunity to stay in his apartment. Graham was friendly, quickly met with us to provide keys and internet connectivity information, then left his contact information in case if we needed anything. His apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the location can't be beat. We were in town for 26hrs, and Graham was very flexible and accommodated our (very) unusual schedule. I was familiar with the area, but Graham is chock full of helpful information on things to do in town and how to get around. I definitely plan to try to stay in Graham's apartment next time I'm visiting SF.
Graham was a great host! Really friendly, easy to communicate with & quick to respond by text or email. He met us at the apartment to hand over keys, show us around the apartment, give us some local tips (good coffee places, public transportation, bars, etc.) and really made us feel right at home.
The apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable to use as a hub after a long day/night out! The pictures are accurate.
Great location. An easy walk to plenty of restaurants (hello tacos!), bars, shops and sights (lots of cool murals/street art to check out). Just 2 blocks from the BART (train) and close to buses made it a breeze to get around the city.
Also- flexible check in/out made everything SO much easier than a hotel...especially when you have a 5pm flight & suitcases you don't want to worry about lugging around the city.
Graham is such a great host! So sweet and very accommodating. He showed us around the place and told us about some good spots to try (website hidden) was my first air bnb experience so I didn't know what to expect but I felt very comfortable right away. His place is clean, cozy with hard wood flooring and such a comfy bed. I loved what I call the "fish room" which is kind of a hang out living room. I kind of wished there was an iPod hookup of some sort or TV but we were out shopping or out on the town most of the time anyway :) It is also super close to mission and Valencia street where you can find shops, tons of bars, and restaraunts. Bart station is near as well. Sooo much better than a hotel! I highly reccomend staying at Graham's place! It's wonderful!
Graham was an excellent host. He was great with communication. His place is at a great location in the Mission.
Graham was very accommodating on short notice and let me in to the apartment even when I was very late due to my flight. Really nice guy! The apartment is a basic crashpad in an amazing location. Right in the mission with access to my favorite restaurants. There's no hotels in the area, so you get a local's perspective of the city.
Graham is an excellent, generous, easy-going host, and his apartment is just as described. Comfortable space; very nice mattress; cozy living room. The location is great for walking around a cool, diverse part of the Mission that has not succumbed to the hyper-gentrification and hipsterfication of much of the rest of the city. Good cafes, restaurants, parks are all nearby, and hipster cool is minutes away if that's your thing.
Easy access to public transit and highways (280). Overall: Great!
