Comfortable bedroom with queen-size bed in this two bedroom apartment with absolute lake front views in a quiet apartment complex.

Balcony and large windows in the lounge look out over the lake and the Remarkables Range.

Room and apartment are quiet (no road noise). You will share a bathroom.

Good spot to be if you want to be close enough to town but far enough away for some quiet serenity and grand views with no other houses in the way.

Feels like you can almost touch the lake!

Bruce was an excellent host and we enjoyed our stay at his apartment! It has incredible views of the mountains and lake, and was only a 5 minute drive into the city centre. Bruce was helpful when we had questions and had great communication leading up to our stay. We'd recommend Bruce's place to anyone visiting Queenstown!

Great place. Close enough to the main city of Queenstown but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. It was our first time using air BnB properly so not quite understanding that a 'private room' is a shared house with the host was confronting but Bruce was nice. We kept to ourselves and had a good time, although it wasn't what we were used to. If you love meeting new people and are confident in conversations I would recommend, otherwise I wouldn't as it is quite a quaint small apartment and you're all very close together. Which wasn't what we expected when having to worry about what we were doing or whether it was okay. The views from the lounge are just magical!

Highly recommend staying here, the view alone is worth it. Queenstown is really expensive so all things considered, this room is actually reasonably priced. Again, the view from the balcony is worth every cent. Really quiet and peaceful too. Bruce is a nice and friendly host.

Bruce's home is close to Queenstown center where you have plenty choices of eating, shopping and getting on the circus and is also a good choice if you wanna travel around Queens town:less than 90 minutes drive to Puzzling world and Wanaka,30 minutes drive to Cromwell, less than 20 minutes drive to Arrowtown,90 minutes drive to Glenorchy. Bruce is willing to answer questions about New Zealand and giving tips to tourists.

I'm a Kiwi, an outdoors enthusiast, formerly a travel industry professional now a full-time horticulture student, still a frequent traveller, and someone who is always looking for the spice of life.

I live in Queenstown for the lifestyle it affords, especially mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing, tramping/hiking and gardening.

I have a room spare in the unit I own and I'm always interested in meeting people from around the world.

I've used Airbnb elsewhere in the world when travelling.
