We left renewed and so did my back thanks to Susan's jetted tub. The house, our bed and bath, attached porch and hot tub, and surrounds were as beautiful as our hostess and host were thoughtful. From hearty breakfasts to late evening snacks and lovely amenities our visit could not have been more enjoyable. Only 14 miles away Yosemite was the cherry on top.
Susan and rich are great hosts, so is peanut. Staying at their house makes our entire US trip impressive and memorable. The room is nice and clean. Bed is very comfortable, big bathroom. We could say the place is better, much better than what we expected. It's like living in a nice park. We experienced feeding a horse in the backyard. We saw deer and turkey in front the house as well. Living there is fun enough.
Susan and Rich even prepared nice breakfast for us. We appreciated they got up very early to make that for us since we need to leave at 7am. We love chatting with both of them. Their life style and attitude inspire us a lot.
You will not feel disappointed at all if you stay there. We would like to see Susan and rich again, we would like to come back and stay in this warm house.
We had a wonderful stay at Susan's ranch. Susan and Rich are really nice and helpful hosts ! We spent a good time together at breakfast and they gave us many tips to visit Yosemite Park. The room and the bathroom are big, clean and very confortable.
The place is located near restaurants, market, and about 35mn from one entrance of the Yosemite park. We definitely recommend the place !
Susan and Rich are wonderful hosts and their home is beautiful. They give us a warm welcome (including Peanut Butter), and were very kind and very pacient with our limited english. Their property is fantastic and we had the opportunity to see a deer walking by. The room was perfect: clean, quiet and with a great king size bed for a good night sleep. It was a joy to have breakfast with Susan and Rich. Everything was great. We would love to come back to Susan's home.
We loved every aspect of our stay in Susan's home and felt enchanted from the first moment: Susan is the best host you can imagine. She will pamper you with a great breakfast and give you loads of hints about places to go. The house and the garden with the swiss goats and the horse Rino are beautiful and decorated with artful love. We will always remember our stay and would love to come back sometimes.
Rich wanted to say Good Bye but was playing Tennis the morning you left. Sorry, I forgot to mention it when we were photographing the Western Cowboy and Cowgirl. Please send me the photos when you have a chance. I will remember your smiles forever. Susan, Rich and Peanut Butter
Susan is such a wonderful hostess! She is incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. Susan's property is so beautiful, fun and filled with whimsical decorations. Our room was extremely large and roomy, the bed and linens were very comfortable, and our private bathroom was spacious, beautiful and spa-like. Susan gave us a generous breakfast of different types of fruits and cereals, yogurts, and delicious coffee. We do plan to return to the area in a year or so because the weather did not cooperate with our plans to visit Sequoia. We definitely hope Susan has room for us during our next trip. We highly recommend Susan as your next hostess!
Bob and Maggie, What a wonderful time we had with you also. We feel like old friends left us when you drove off to the coast. Rich and I wish we had known of your stress so we could have treated you with special touches. Please come back and see more of us and California. We always have room for you.
Beautiful home. Warm and hospitable hosts. Very enjoyable in every way. Thank you Rich and Susan for wonderful breakfasts, large quiet accommodations and your travel ideas as well. We really enjoyed our stay in your home!
