Great host, great place, highly recommend!
We liked the atmosphere and privacy of the apartment. Everything was in order and thoughtfully presented. The information about the surrounding neighborhood was very useful. The area itself is well situated with shops and closeness to the Marina.
A fantastic apartment, just as stated. Great location, very easy to get around. Fantastic host who went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
Kevin was great, easy to work with, friendly and prompt with replies. Great house in a great location. Recommended! Would definitely book here again.
Just as the pictures look, Kevin's apartment is a great base for adventures around SF. Great location just a walk from both Union St. (Cow Hollow) and Chestnut St. (Marina) including all the stores and restaurants nearby. Gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge from Fort Mason and the Marina too make for a great running route! Transport is super easy from Van Ness and Union St. with frequent buses taking you to the financial district or SOMA within 20-30 min. Easy. Lastly, the apartment was comfy, clean and easy to live in like a home. Thanks Kevin!
The apartment is great.I love the area. Close to many cool streets like Polk and Union. The space is very good, the bed is comfy and overall it was clean and well equiped. I would definitely stay there again. Kevin was available to answer all my questions and was very helpful.
Kevin was great. He immediately responded to us, gave us easy access to the apartment, and then left us to enjoy our time there. It was simple and pleasant. The apartment is in a great location in Cow Hollow, just blocks from adorable streets full of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is small and has some of the charms of an older building. It felt a little smaller and more dated than the pictures seemed to show. The kitchen is a decent size but the bathroom is tiny. It's also a third-floor walkup. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely use Airbnb again, but I might opt for a more modern, slightly larger apartment next time.
Kevin's apartment was very cosy and was located in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk away from local attractions (Lombard St & Fisherman's Wharf). The apartment has great facilities, including a full kitchen and fantastic cable TV. The apartment was clean and quiet, we would recommend Kevin's apartment to anyone,
An excellent first Airbnb experience, and overall a great place to stay. Spacious, well equipped and clean. It's located close to Fisherman's Wharf and a number of good local restaurants as the description mentions, although if you're headed for downtown and don't have a car this takes a little longer - around a four block walk to the cable car and this then takes you all the way down to Market St in about 15 minutes. If I have the opportunity to return, I'm sure I will - many thanks!
Everything was in order when I arrived at Kevin's place. The appartment is nicely decorated and well-equipped. I know prices in SF, especially around that area, but I thought the price was pretty steep, especially after adding the charges.
The shared areas of the building could do with some renovating as they are not the same level as the appartment itself.
All in all a positive experience with a few small minuses.
