The Space: This small stylish studio (495 sq ft) loft accommodates one to two guests. Walk up spiral staircase to lofted bedroom with air conditioning & queen-sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Full bathroom with custom shower. Includes complimentary WiFi, & Smart Tv with applications. Conveniently located six blocks from Longfellow Square, twelve blocks from the Old Port. Short walk away from coffee shops, restaurants/ bars, concert venues, art galleries, shops and so much more!

Basic essentials are provided including a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, & a French press for coffee

Other things to note
PARKING IS ON STREET: There is on-street parking surrounding our location. Free overnights, one hour & two hour & metered from 9am-5pm. Free all day parking 5 blocks away.

The spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is very narrow (18'' wide)
