Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This beautiful, brand new rental space is tucked behind the cheese kitchen, a few feet from the barn! During your stay, you are farm family-- sit in the pasture, use the pool, visit the goats, collect eggs...Babies are due to begin arriving 4/14 but most are due in May.

(Please note: From the end of May through Halloween, the farm is open to the public Thursday evenings and on Saturdays. Join us for yoga with the goats Thursday's 5:30-6:30 or Saturdays 9:30-10:30 free as part of your stay!)

The space
Interested in farming, cheese making, and relaxing in a space with all the modern conveniences you might need? A night or two at Sunflower Farm Creamery might be the the perfect get away. While here, day trip to Portland, Maine (20 minutes), Popham Beach (50 minutes), Brunswick (35 minutes) or Freeport (20 minutes). So much to do in just a short distance. Sleeps max of three --one private bedroom with queen bed and a foldout full couch in the living room. Swim in the pool, cook out on the deck, walk the property visiting with the barn cats, potbelly pig, chickens and goats. Swing by the cheese kitchen or barn to talk to Hope or Chris about cheesemaking and goat keeping. Or head off on nearby adventures, we have lots of suggestions for great places to go! For example, in the fall go apple picking in orchards walking distance from the house, or to the country fair just miles away. In the spring you might just catch a goat being born. Or in the summer, enjoy art night out on the first Friday of every month in Portland or stay around the farm to play with the goats, swim in the pool and cookout. A one of a kind experience on a working farm in a part of Maine full of art, great food and outdoor adventure opportunities! The perfect spot for those looking for an alternative to impersonal hotels. Come become part of our farm family.

Guest access
(Parking directly in front of the rental.) Pull up towards barn, take a right towards red chicken house and you will see air bnb on your right!

Other things to note
Join in on all events for free, and visit the barn and pasture as much as you like! (Please note, we occasionally host small groups for Golden Ticket Hours. We will let you know if there are any booked during your stay. If during that time you could give the group some space that would be awesome. For example if they are in the barn visiting babies, you are welcome to be in the pasture.)

Babies will likely be born April 14-June 1 and are here for 8 weeks. Kidding schedule will be posted on our website after ultrasounds.

Guests enjoy all farm events for free. These include yoga on Thursday nights at 5:30 and Saturday mornings at 9:30 Memorial Day through Halloween.
