Winter Travel: Between November 1st and May 1st, all vehicles must carry tire chains or alternative traction devices, regardless of vehicle or weather.

Power Outages: Occasional outages (2-3 hours) may occur. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided, and we have a generator for emergencies.

Internet: While we offer fast internet, service may be variable in the mountains. Enjoy our DVD collection, games, and the hot tub as alternatives.

Outdoor Movie Theater: Please store the projector indoors after use and retract the screen. Be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors.

EV Charger: Bring your travel charger.

Hot Tub Maintenance: Serviced weekly, typically in under 15 minutes. After service, the tub is ready to use within 30 minutes, though full water changes may take 4-5 hours.

Hot Tub & Sauna Guidelines: Please use responsibly and follow safety rules for a safe, relaxing experience. Keep pets out for hygiene and safety.
