The flat has a very good location. It is only ten minutes' walk from the Louvre and five minutes' from the metro station. And we can find everything we want in the flat.
Wonderful flat-Tristan was so very helpful when I asked questions about where to best enjoy the Bastille Day festivities and he arranged a taxi to take us to the train station early in the morning on our last day. Loved the flat-great location-a very short walk to the Metro and a nice walk to the Louvre. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved having the windows open and enjoying a true french neighborhood. Really enjoyed the cafe directly outside the door of the building and the boulangerie right down the street-grabbed warm croissants early in the morning. Great area, flat and host! We were aware of the many steps to get up to the flat, so it was not a surprise, but you do need to know that you will carry your luggage up the steps-it is doable if you are aware of it! Worth it for sure!
Tristan made us feel very welcome. He met us when we arrived and showed us the neighborhood, giving us valuable suggestions, such as where to eat and where to purchase groceries. His descriptions were accurate and would highly recommend this listing
This is an excellent 1 bedroom flat in a fantastic location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and there are loads of great restaurants and shops around too. Tristan couldn't have been more helpful - he gave us everything we needed, was very flexible with check-in and check-out and even booked our taxi for us. He also helped us to carry all our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs, which was great because we had our 6 month old baby with us!
A fantastic flat in a perfect location to enjoy Paris! The flat was exactly as described. A really big bonus was the air conditioning unit in the flat! The flat is very bright and gets nice breezes, but since it was a bit warm, the A/C was a welcome treat. Tristan is very accommodating and flexible. He offered a lot of tips on cafes, restaurants, bakeries and was very willing to help make our stay nice. He has a great collection of books about Paris. It was very clean and we really felt at home in the flat. The location is in the first district and a five minute walk to the Louvre, Metro stop, and some very nice shopping areas. Plus a lot of cafes and restaurants. A great way to feel like a local for a few days. Would definitely recommend this as great place to stay!
I had an amazing stay for 3 weeks in this apartment. It was in the most perfect location and Tristan was great and met me on arrival and talked me through how everything worked and ran me through some local restaurant tips. I would absolutely recommend this apartment for a perfect stay in the heart of Paris.
