My place is close to the ocean and the quaint village of Cundy's Harbor, Harpswell. Historic cape style house, honey pine paneling, second floor bedrooms have exposed beams. Large private yard with pond. Cottage located on quiet road with ocean views, only one mile to public boat ramp.

Antique cape. Huge private yard with pond. Quiet road. Plenty of room for whiffle ball, chipping practice (and a couple of nice public courses in town) , lying in the hammock, or watching the birds.
