Charming 1905 Bungalow is perfect to relax and enjoy family. This is our family home where we make great memories and want to share this peaceful home with you. It has 1905 charm with updated touches. 2 bedrooms -2 queen beds, 1 bath, full kitchen - many extras. 3rd bedroom & dedicated work area is extra. Some teas and coffees to get you started. Free laundry facilities downstairs. The front porch is a quiet spot to watch the day go by or star gaze on the back deck. Short walk to downtown.

The space
We don't want to delay your stay - early check-in at noon and late checkout by noon so you can relax and have another cup of coffee on the porch.

Spacious bedrooms and living room. A front covered porch. There are stairs to enter the home as well as stairs to the laundry. The backyard is fenced with a patio. Quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to historic downtown where you can shop and dine. 3rd bedroom & study area/ loft are extra requiring 5-6 registered guests.

No more than 2 dogs. Small to medium size - no greater than 40lbs. There is a charge for their stay as well.

No parties, events or family gatherings. This is a small home and accommodates up to 6 people. A brief visit by 1 -2 people is ok. Call me if you have further questions.

Guest access
The basement is unfinished but has easy access to the laundry area.

The loft/ 3rd bedroom and work area are available if guests select a minimum of 5 guests - otherwise, the upstairs is locked. Even if there are only 2 guests but you want the upstairs access - you will need to register a minimum of 5 - 6 guests. This covers additional costs for maintenance, cleaning and laundry.

There are some personal areas that are not for guest use and are labeled. The garage is not included for guest access.

Other things to note
This is a 120 year old home. Floors may be squeaky and a little slanted - but that's the charm. We continue work to bring back the old wood floors and trim - so this is a work in progress.
