Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just one mile north of downtown Flagstaff, your beautifully remodeled 1,000 sq. ft. guest suite offers an awesome home base for exploring Northern Arizona! Great for hiking, skiing, or just relaxing. The suite opens to a patio with a private hot tub and a spacious shared, wooded backyard that backs to the Arizona Trail. We’re easy-going hosts, with no end-of-stay cleanup requirements! We'd love to host you. Welcome to Flagstaff!

The space
The suite does not have a kitchen, but we do offer a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. Plates, cups, bowls, and wine glasses are included!

One of our favorite features is the outdoor space, perfect for relaxing. The guest suite opens right onto a private patio with a luxurious, top-of-the-line hot tub just for you. We have it professionally cleaned and serviced weekly, so it's always sparkling and ready!

Beyond the patio is a spacious, wooded backyard that backs directly onto the Rio de Flag and the Flagstaff Urban Trail system. You can access miles of walking and biking paths, including a scenic route that leads all the way into downtown Flagstaff, about a 20-minute walk.

The suite itself is solar-powered. For guests with electric vehicles, we offer convenient on-site EV charging for a small fee.

Guest access
Your Airbnb is completely private, with its own entrance. It is located at the back of the main house and shares only one wall. There is a door between the unit and the main house that is locked at all times.

Other things to note
Our neighborhood is one of the most sought-after areas in Flagstaff. We love being able to walk on the Flagstaff Urban Trail (located directly behind our house). The Grand Canyon is about an hour and fifteen minutes away, Arizona Snowbowl is just twenty minutes from the house for winter skiing or summer chairlift rides, and Horseshoe Bend can be reached in about two hours.

Downtown Flagstaff—with its restaurants, breweries, live music, and local events—is only a short drive or a pleasant 20-minute walk along the trail.
