Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving to help prevent water damage or theft.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Any disturbances or breaches of house rules may result in a £250 penalty fee.
A £50 replacement fee applies for lost keys.

Please report any damages or maintenance issues to the property manager as soon as possible.
Unreported issues may result in further charges.
Damage to the property or its contents may be reported to the booking platform and you may be charged accordingly.
