About this listing
Welcome to Barcellona, Calle Tallers 30.
For you who are looking for relax while being at home, but at the same time the chance to get out of your house and be in the middle of the noisy and happy atmosphere of the Rambla. Very close to the metro station, which from Plaça Catalunya (airport’s stop-over) takes you to any direction. Just 15 minutes away from the sea. With a walk of 10 minutes you can get to the emblematic gothic cathedral, or to Picasso’s Museum, to the Boqueria, or to the famous Casa Batllò, or to the Pedrera (architectural wonders which, along with the Sagrada Familla and Park Güell, were brought to us from the genius of Gaudì).
La Calle Tallers marks the border between the districts “El Raval” and “L’Eixample”. At a 5 minutes walk from Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universidad. It’s greatly connected (we’re in the middle of city centre) and next to the Gay Zone, with all of its locals, restaurants, shops and clubs.
A wide and bright room of 15sm with a flowery balcony on Calle Tallers at fourth floor awaits for you.
The whole flat of 100sm is divided like this: two rooms with three beds each, with balcony and air conditioning, two bathrooms (one smaller, one bigger), a cheerful kitchen, a living room (for watching tv and breakfast) and a hallway, besides my room.
