Enjoy a 45 square meter (485sq foot) condo located on Huay Kaew road, where you're can walk in just 2 minutes to Nimman and 4 minutes to Maya Mall.

This condo is well equipped for remote work with blazing fast internet and a remote work setup, basic cooking, relaxation, and essentials such as a washer.

The building has restaurants, pay-to-use gym, sauna, and a pool available for use on long stays.

For longer term guests (3+ months) pool access can also be arranged, however this is not available to short term guests.

The ground floor has plentiful parking for both cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

* There's a large balcony with views of both mountains and the city
* We have basic cooking supplies for simple meals
* Our washing machine is sufficient for short and long stays, with drying rack outside.
* Our bed is medium firm, with a topper that makes it much softer, but if you don't like a soft mattress the topper can be removed.
* Inside the bathroom is a tub, as well as a shower with hot water (that stays hot for long periods of time)
* I've left behind some puzzles, board games, and also a handful of books in both Thai and English, mainly business & self help books.
* As of May 2025 there is renovation happening in some nearby condos which may cause noise, but it’s restricted from 9AM-4PM.

The entire 45 sqm condo is yours, there will be no one else at the condo.

Swimming Pool only available for monthly rental residents

Other things to note
- Strictly no smoking. Violation is a 5000 penalty.

- Please turn off the Aircons when leaving the house for an extended time.

- No smelly fruits such as durian, jackfruit, etc.

- Please Don't flush toilet paper down the toilet.
