This luxury ski-in/ski-out condo is located next to the Winter Park Resort base and allows guests to step directly onto the slopes from their private patio. Inside, you’ll find a chef-style kitchen with a large dining table, upgraded appliances and stainless steel cookware, a stylish living room featuring a plush sectional and smart TV. Enjoy stunning views of the slopes, an infinity-style hot-tub, and luxury furnishings throughout. Sleeping 6, this unit is the perfect Winter Park getaway.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a new construction building. This condo is fully completed but there is still some construction happening on other units of the building/property. Please expect the following: Construction may occur from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. It is extremely rare that guests come into contact with any construction or that there stay is affected by any noise.

Please also note that this building does NOT have air conditioning. Most units here in the mountains don't have this feature as it is rarely needed.
