Private room for rent in beautiful duplex with terrace, located on a quiet pedestrian street, just meters from the Feria Street Market, in the heart of the Alameda de Hercules, a bohemian neighborhood to 15 min walking to the (email hidden)l the rooms are equipped with wooden floor , including the bathroom. The kitchen is located in the attic, connected to the terrace by large windows. This room is in the first floor where it is the bathroom too (the another room is in the second floor where is the kitchen and the terrace). The room has got two beds 90 cm,high ceiling (3.40 metres), internet wifi and air conditioning for the heat days in summer in Seville. The duplex has no living room, but the kitchen being connected to the terrace by large windows, you have great feeling of space.
The flat is located in the area of Alameda de Hercules wich is full of life (my favorite area in Seville) and you can find a market (to buy fresh fruits and vegetables , fish and meat), Chinese shops (open from 9 am to 23 pm), cafes, bar (where you can eat "tapas"), banks, etc.
It is about 15 minutes walking to the main monuments (Cathedral, Torre del Oro). The river is about 5 minutes walking too.
This neighborhood is called the Alameda for being around the Alameda de Hercules, square which is full of life with its bars, tapas, coffee shops, concerts. In the 90's the neighborhood had a change at all levels and were rehabilited all old house and began to be occupied by artists and bohemians of Seville, from being a slum to be a neighborhood where live many social classes and where everybody knows everybody.Proximity to old town makes this neighborhood one of the most attractive for those who want to explore the city and know the essence and the manners people Sevilla. In this neighborhood will find many bars where people gather to have a beer and socialize
Areas to emphasize in the neighborhood
-Feria Street : is the main street of this area, because is full of people, many shops, bars, Chinese shops, fast food, there's a food market where you can buy fruits, meats and fish of the (website hidden) the back part there is a bar where you can have breakfast or have a beer with fried fish .You have to ask for the "bar of the market"
-Antiquies market( only On Thursday) is a market that places on the Feria street where selling antiques, books and many curious objects
Restaurants and tapas bars:
-La Madraza (Peris Mencheta street): Mediterranean food restaurant where you can also eat tapas and wine at a good price. There is an air conditioning and it is lighty and cool local
-Calatrava Street: This street has many bars from the beginning (starting at Barqueta Bridge) to the end (Alameda de Hercules) Many bars have free seating in the open air .I recommend you always choose the bars where there are more people
-Casa Paco (Alameda de Hercules) many "tapas" nice price and outdoor seating in the middle of Alameda de Hercules
-Contenedor (SanLuis street): very cool restaurant with artistic decoration and good food and good wine. The price is a bit higher than another
-La azotea ( Jesus del Gran Poder street): excellent restaurant with a very good kitchen and wine. The only thing is that the place is very difficult to find a free table because its small
-La cacharreria (Regina street): bar very small but very nice with a special breakfast with toast, juices and fruit and located on Calle Regina, attractive pedestrian shopping street
-Cafe Hercules (Peris Mencheta street)
-Café Piola (Alameda de Hércules)
-Alameda de Hercules :many bars to have a breakfast in the open air
I always recommend that you buy the Giraldillo wich sell in any newstand. Its a monthly magazine where you can know the most important events of the month (concerts, flamenco, exhibitions, museums etc.)
Too is highly recommend the free magazine "Yuzin"
Flamenco La carboneria (Calle Levies, 18) Flamenco free daily

PERFECT ! Appartment clean and quiet ! Well located, the hote Oscar was very welcoming and he has given us very good advices to enjoy our stay in sevilla !! We definitly recommend it !
We have awesome impression of our stay in Seville! The apartment looks the same as on photos. Everything is clean and nice, made with love, I would say. Oscar takes great care of the rooms. He is also very friendly and open!!! whatever you want to know about Seville - just ask him!!! I would definitely come back!
Oscar is very helpful! He picked us from the bus station, drove us to the airport in the early morning, and charged a much less fee than taxi! We got very useful tourism information from him, and (email hidden) flamingo show at a local bar! The room, kitchen and bathroom are all clean!! A great experience in Seville thanks to Oscar!!
Oscar is a really nice guy. He took time to recommend us his favorite places to eat and go out.
The flat was comfortable and clean. We would go there again any time!!
The room was quiet nice, we had a own bathroom and the house was not far from the city centre.
We had problems finding the place by car, but all in all we were totally fine with everything. Oscar showed us everything after your arrival and his tips for restaurants and bar were very good.
Nice place clean and 15-20 min walk to the monuments and old city. There is a lot of ways to walk to the old city and all of them are nice and worth to see. We enjoyed our stay there alot.
Oscar was a wonderful host! The apartment was clean and quaint and in a beautiful neighborhood. I would highly recommend oscar's place to travelers looking for a unique time in Spain!
Very fine apartment! quite, clean and a charming host!!
The rooms are small, but big enough, we stayed there with two child's!
Its a shared apartment, that means there are two rooms, one kitchen and one terrace.
Oscar offered a lift to the airport, you should ask!
thanks a lot oscar, see you!
Staying at Oscar's appartment was really nice. It is central, and all of Seville's sights are in walking distance. Also, Oscar offered us (my sister and me) to pick us up from the bus station which made the arrival pretty easy. On the way to the appartment, he provided us with some good advice about what to do in Seville, so thank you for that! The appartment is well equipped, and clean, and Oscar checked the appartment everyday to see whether everything was alright. We absolutely recommend to stay there!
