Ideal for family reunions or holidays with friends, sports courses, work meetings: 2 adjoining houses in the heart of a large Catalan farmhouse. You share all the space around you, meet for lunch in the garden, by the pool or you isolate as you like.
If you want to organize a lunch or dinner, we can set up everything (kitchen, service...).
Possibility to rent a nearby place, a magnificent workshop of 180 m2.

The space
You can meet at 16 or 18 by occupying both houses.
The large one can accommodate 10 to 11 people, the small one 6 to 7 people. It is possible to rent both for different durations.

The Mas is extremely well located:
on the edge of a village, facing the countryside, very close to the beaches and the port of Saint Cyprien, close to an excellent golf course, a good kitesurfing spot.
All around different sites to know: Perpignan, Collioure, the Vermeille coast, Leucate, ,the Corbières, the Cathar castles, Spain (Cadaques, Figueras).
