My apartment is centrally located in Chennai with separate Private room with attached bathroom, it can accommodate 2 guests easily, surroundings are very quiet and you can enjoy the fully functioning kitchen and world music & Terrace is ready for a barbeque anytime, easy to find public transport nearby
It is located centrally and most of useful things are around, roads in this area are bigger than other areas in Chennai, neat locality, nice restaurants around and different cuisines.
You have full access to the house except my room (that too at night) house is yours, I always say to my guests, treat it like a house not like a guest house.
I like to interact provided its mutual, i don't want to bore people but i like to listen to stories of travelers I am fond of knowing about different places.
its quiet, big roads
Yes, Auto rickshaw's are always available, and now they even use Meter so cost is cheaper.
you will access to wi-fi
Iqbal was an interesting chap to stay with having a great flair for art, and music. A nicely set up home in a good neighbourhood.
Man, I miss tandoori and manchurian chicken already. U should totally come to Msia soon and laugh at the Indian food here. It seemed that we had not spent enough time together too! I hope you find a way soon how to bail from India :) We still talk about your scarf joke btw, and every time laugh like crazy. That was classic. I hope Khalid didn't make too much mess around the kitchen. He really tried to be the best house-fiance he could, but he's still in training :p Find me whenever you need help with virtual career. I hope you find success in it!
Iqbal was a terrific host and very helpful. He was my first stay in India and helped me set up my phone, took me out to eat and provided good advice. Super cool guy. A+
Iqbal is a great host, relaxed but interested in what you have to say, whether about your travels, your home country, your taste in sport, music and art, and pretty much anything else come to mention it. He has a great nose for restaurants and ear for Punjabi pop (as well as world music and jazz, but we mostly listened to Punjabi pop). He's also full of advice for exploring Chennai and Tamilnadu more generally. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
From late 2014 or early 2015 you will be able to get the new Chennai Metro to within a few hundred metres of his house, which will make it convenient coming from the airport and leaving to explore Chennai.

The apartment is very nice and the bedroom is large with an attached private bathroom. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in Chennai.
Iqpal has a very nice appartment. The sleeping room we could use had a seperate bathroom and we could use all facilities of his flat,
I enjoyed to sit in the night on his balcony to feel the fresh air and the silent of the night in Chennai.
The room and bathroom was clean and also the bed sheets.
I could read daily two newspapers
It was an inspiration to speak with Iqpal.
Thank you Iqpal for the hospitality
