The space
You will find my home to be a warm and relaxing space to share with your family and friends. Built in 1930 it has a warmth and history I enjoy. I take pride in its beauty as well as the functionality.
A California king size bed along with a twin bed is located in the outside courtyard bedroom adjacent to the house. There is not a private bath for the courtyard room. The house has two double beds upstairs, one European King, and one queen downstairs. There is a double bed in the laundry/basement.
The beds are super comfy, feather comforters and plenty of comfortable pillows as well. A good nights sleep is so important to me and I know it is to everyone else also! The upstairs bedroom has its own air conditioner/heater (professional grade) , so it can be adjusted independently for your comfort, have it just the way you like it!
The kitchen is stocked with lots of spices and cook ware. Drip coffee maker.
There's two and one half baths (3 toilets) in the house. A bathtub/shower in one bathroom and a walk in shower in the other. Soap, shampoo along with a hair dryer is provided. Also q-tips and extras in case you forget something.

Downtown is a few blocks away. There are many Lodi Wineries that have pouring rooms on and around School Street and many that offer local musical talent.
Lodi has 89 wineries and I provide lots of info and maps so you can find them. Downtown is filled with fun shops and many that are open on Sunday.
The Avenue Grill makes a great breakfast that you can pick up and bring home.
Lodi Lake is a mile and a half down Turner Road. Rent paddle boards or kayaks, even try fishing! The Mokelumne River feeds Lodi Lake and is accessible around the back of the lake. Bring your bike and choose from the many great routes Lodi has, check out the maps and info on BIKELODI
I hope you enjoy everything about your stay and come back again. If you have any requests please be sure and let me know.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house, with a couple closets locked.
Both king rooms and queen room have a large television and Wi-Fi
There is an extra double bed in the laundry room/basement available upon request.
The garage is locked.
Ring doorbell camera on the porch is the only security camera on the premise.
Take advantage of dining outside, I have seating for 12 and a bbque at your service. Enjoy the fireplace on the courtyard with some good wine!

Other things to note
Parking is ample on both sides of the house as well as the driveway. Please don't park in front of my neighbors, If you have friends visit make sure they do not park there. I can't express how important that is. Always be considerate of all of my neighbors and keep cars along my house only.
