Warm and welcoming bungalow, very clean, very pleasant. Old Town Cottonwood has lots of personality. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would certainly recommend to others.
Our second stay in the bungalow was just as great as the first. Walking distance to old town Cottonwood where we enjoyed tasty eats at Crema and Bocce and drinks/music at Burning Tree Cellars. Rose is very communicative, easy to reach and has all the necessities to feel right at home. Great cozy place for the weekend!
The experience was wonderful! The home was perfect; cozy, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need and then some. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning with coffee and each evening with a glass of wine. Very serene. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
Rose's place was exactly as advertised. Nice and cozy. I would recommand any time.
Rose was extremely accomodating and took our last minute reservation after another lodging option fell through. She responded to every email within minutes. The place was very clean and very comfortable and exactly as described. The location was perfect for trips to Jerome, Sedona and a day trip to the Grand Canyon. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
Really enjoyed our stay at Rose's bungalow. The place is VERY well stocked with everything you need for a great weekend. A wonderful BnB within walking distance to old town Cottonwood and a short drive to Sedona. Comfortable bed, hot shower, and very clean. Thanks Rose!

We never met Rose but she was great and very responsive during the reservation process. We didn't have to contact her during our stay becaues we had evrything we needed as described in the listing. The cottage has a very warm feel and we all got great sleep in the comfy beds. The living room area was also very comfy and a great place to relax with a book. Although the kitchen is a bit shy on counter space, it has everything you need and some. I can't comment on Cottonwod because we were out all day in thered red rock country -AMAZING!!. Forgot to mention that Rose provides you with filtered drinking water and the cottage was spotless.
