This Bungalow is inviting for a weekend or week long visit. Park your car and walk to all of the Old Town Cottonwood events and to all of the local tasting rooms and eateries. The evenings you plan on staying home, there is a comfortable front porch for relaxing and enjoying that special bottle of wine. The space is comfortable for 3 guests, has a fully stocked kitchen, gas stove and large refrigerator, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are bathroom toiletries available for those who have left items at home.

The entire house has Saltillo tile floors throughout the house, ceiling fans in each room. Its a good idea to pack slippers for those guests visiting in the winter. The house has been updated yet has a cozy comfortable feel. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a single bed.

Guest Access

Guest can walk to the 5+blocks of wine tasting rooms, art and clothing shops, and fabulous restaurants.

Interaction with Guests

I am always available by text for any questions and needs my guest may have.

The Neighborhood

This neighborhood is residential; Old Town Center for the Arts right across the street that also has church services on Sunday mornings, a massage parloure across the street for your massage and acupuncture needs, and a bike shop on the corner if you bring your bike(s).

You will enjoy visiting the Manheim Gallery right around the corner. The Gallery now has a new wine tasting room. Enjoy the tastings as you view all of the original art in the Gallery.

Other Things to Note

Use your one-time Complimentary Continental Breakfast at the Old Town Red Rooster Cafe'. A good place to begin your visit or to end your visit as you are leaving town.

House Rules

If you have a spill or need to clean the floors, the most important thing is not to use any cleaning products. Please only use a small amount of vinegar in your bucket of hot water.

Please do not re-arrange the furniture. If you have to for convenience, please place back to its original order. Please remember to wash your dirty dishes before you leave. Additional Check Out requests will be forwarded to you before your arrival. The list is also located in the House Manual.

I have repeated guests who have pet allergies and because of this I do not allow pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Please remember this is a non smoking home and we know you will take care of our home as it were your home.
