High up in Fawnskin, the North Shore, Fawnskin is the "quiet side" of Big Bear. Views of Big Bear Lake, and San Gorgonio mountains. A 10 minute drive to the ski slopes and town. Modern and fully equipped cabin with Walnut floors and high end appliances. Queen bed upstairs, the main floor with Jacuzzi tub bathroom. King and Single downstairs in the SAME ROOM, double sink bathroom with shower. 2 carports.
The space
This stylish cabin was designed by a well known LA Designer. It was not designed as a FLIP for Airbnb, it is a high-end home that just happens to be rented on Airbnb when not in use by the owner.
This luxury modern Cabin has reclaimed wide-plank Walnut floors, a huge "social" dining room table that no one ever wants to leave, a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fireplace, french doors lead out to deck and breathtaking views from every room upstairs.
The fun room downstairs is literally a second living room, with flat screen TV with ROKU streaming only. Kids love this room as they can romp around with privacy and the adults can have peace and quiet upstairs in the dining room that lead out to the upper deck. A second set of couples love the downstairs too, as it provides tons of privacy, with a two sink bathroom attached and the second living room attached as well. The downstairs leads out to gorgeous fenced yard where you will find a Hammock and a whole lot of peace and quiet, and your dogs can run free in the fenced back yard.
This neighborhood is high up in the tree-tops of Fawnskin, and totally private and quiet. Rarely does a car go by, and it is across the lake from the noisy partiers and rental homes and apartments.
There are beds for 5, a King, a Queen and a Single and two sofas. There is also a pull-out cot for a 6th person, with approval at time of reservation.
Two cars only, no street parking. Must carry chains in the winter.

Fawnskin is on the North Side of Big Bear Lake. It is across the lake and a 10 minute drive to the ski slopes and the main town of Big Bear Lake. Fawnskin is much quieter than the Ski Slope side, with a General Store.
Its a gorgeous house just to hang out in if you don't want to ski, or a short drive around the lake to the Slopes. If you don't ski or hike, just stay at the Cabin and stare at the view, cook, socialize and sit by the fire. Great hike right behind the house that only locals know, but I will tell you!
Master bedroom is upstairs (the main floor off of the street) with Queen bed and Jacuzzi tub. The king and Twin bed are both in the same room downstairs and share same double sink bathroom and a shower.
