  • Edward was a fantastic host. His place was so nice and incredibly clean and the location was perfect for my stay in Los Angeles. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet and parking wasn't an issue at all. Edward was also quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. I highly recommend Edwards Silver Lake bungalow!

  • I loved staying at this little studio. It is a beautiful calm retreat, close to great neighborhoods with easy parking. It is exactly as is presented in the photos and description. Highly recommended.

  • Place was as described. Yes it's small, but the place was bigger than I expected based on the reviews and the little courtyard is quite nice. Nice little kitchen which I used quite a bit. Peaceful and quiet at night. Good part of town and very close access to the 101. Great for one person or a couple. Would stay again.

  • A clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in Los Angeles. This neighborhood is perfect to have a centralized place to visit all that LA has to offer. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby.

  • Edward is very responsive, as others have mentioned. His replies came within minutes. Everything was as advertised--bright and clean, quiet, walkable. Also, I could tell that Edward reads the reviews and takes them to heart because when I was researching his place, I read that people had wished there had been a coffee maker and a full length mirror. And now both of those things are in his place!

  • This is a very good place to stay in LA for explorers between Hollywood and Downtown. Located on a very calm street in Silver Lake you can gain energies for your trips. The flat has a charming appeal to me, could stay there for much longer than I did. I loved it!!!

  • Great rental. Excellent location. Unit is small but is very clean and has tons of closet and drawer space and felt very private. Easy check in and easy check out. Really good rental...I recommend it.

  • We enjoyed our stay at Edward's apartment. It was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was with the lack of a coffee machine or microwave to fix something in the morning. Other than that, we would stay again as it was convenient, in a nice neighborhood and a quiet private area.
