Welcome to Villa Moma 1, a modern and intimate villa with beautiful views for two, perched on the heights of Balangan and opening in February 2025.
Located within easy reach of the famous and serene Balangan Beach, the villa features a private tropical garden, a private pool and breathtaking views. Enjoy an air-conditioned living room and bedroom.
WiFi, bed linen, towels, parking, and daily cleaning service are included.
The space
Villa Moma 1 is ideally located in the heart of Balangan, with the famous Balangan Beach just nearby, offering breathtaking views.
You'll love its Mediterranean ambiance: modern furniture, white walls, and a sleek design create a bright and airy atmosphere.
The ground floor living space is a true haven of peace. The elegantly decorated living room opens directly onto the garden and pool, allowing you to fully enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.
A dining area with a round table and a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, and all necessary utensils, provides everything you need for your meals.
A drinking water dispenser with two complimentary bottles is also at your disposal.
An outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off.
The semi-open bathroom lets you enjoy the tropical ambiance while ensuring comfort and privacy. It is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Towels and pool towels are provided.
Access to the bedroom is via a staircase, with integrated storage space underneath. The spacious bedroom features a large double bed, a workspace, and a dressing area with a safe.
Large bay windows bring in natural light and offer stunning sea views. For your comfort, blackout curtains are provided. The simple and refined design, with white walls, enhances the feeling of calm and well-being.
WiFi, bed linens, towels, parking, daily housekeeping, and maintenance of the pool and garden are all included in the rental price.

Biu Biu Beach is located approximately 100 meters from the villa. Please note that the beach is not part of the property and is privately managed. Beach access is available to guests who make a reservation and dine at The View Restaurant.
Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM.
This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time.
Online transport (Grab/Gojek) is not permitted in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help arrange a driver for you anytime.
If you arrive before 2pm, don't worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival.
A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night's charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.
Need a little extra help or special gear? We're here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we've got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
