Dear Floyd, first of all: all the pictures of my flat as well as all the positive comments are 100% real, i already received the status of the best host for two times consequently, which is beleive me, very hard to get. And if i wasn't matching all criteria, i would never get this status. With your blaimings you are doubting the quality and professionalism of Airbnb, and all this is caused by the reason that you do not want to pay (100$) for the sofa, which you have broken. What can I say? You are the person which shouldn't be allowed to enter anybody's house, beacause you do not have any respect towards one' s property.Second: the shower was fixed, the shower-hook was broken, but on the second day after the settlement we put a new shower-hook, which your parents broke in a few days, but you do not know it, because you were not there,You came after few days. Third: with regard to cleanliness, my apartment is completely clean. my cleaning lady came twice a week to clean the apartment and change bed linens. this serice was not included in the price, but I did this to keep the cleanliness in my house. Fourth: the sofa is folding and it is for 2 people, it needs to be opened! that's why it is called folding!and fifth: the construction of the building, as well as the courtyard has ended for a long time, on all floors and in all apartments people live, and at the entrance to the yard there is even a barrier. Mr. Floyd do not act so unworthy and learn to be responsible for your actions, my advice to you.
