The space
Description of the vacation home Gamla Smedja.
The vacation home Gamla Smedja (German: “Alte Schmiede”) in Klasamåla underwent an extensive total renovation.
The farm (Västergård) is located directly on the lake (Åsnen). It is less than 300 meters from the vacation home to the private beach and boat mooring on Lake Åsnen and only 15 meters from a small private lake.
The vacation home is only suitable for NON-SMOKERS!
In order to make the vacation home Gamla Smedja also accessible to allergy sufferers, unfortunately NO PETS are allowed in the house and on the farm Klasamåla Västergård!
As common in Sweden, NO STREET SHOES are worn in the house. Please bring your own slippers.
Children are welcome.
The vacation home has approx. 70 m² living space, 2 bedrooms (max. 4 persons). One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (WxL 160x200cm); in the second bedroom there is a bunk bed and a single bed (all 90x200) (see photo).
The vacation home has a fully tiled bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating.
Air conditioning is available for heating or cooling the vacation home. In addition, the vacation home has electric heaters in the bedrooms, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a wood-burning stove for use during the winter.
The vacation home is also equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender and other kitchen utensils as well as a vacuum cleaner.
Satellite TV (German, Astra) is available.
A charcoal grill is also available at the vacation home.
The vacation home also has a rowing boat in Lake Åsnen (Linder Fishing 440), which can be used for a small fee.
Fishing: Lake Åsnen, on the shore of which Klasamåla Västergård farm borders directly, is a very popular fishing water with an interesting fish population.
Internet: WiFi, approx. 100 Mbit/s, for a fee.
Bicycles: New, simple bicycles are available, which can be used for a small fee.
Minimum rental period 2 weeks in the months of June, July and August (in exceptional cases it is also possible to rent for just one week. In this case there is a surcharge of 130,- Euro);
