Respect for the check-out time
The check-out time indicated in the listing must be strictly observed.
Any delay beyond the check-out time will be charged at a rate of €25 per hour or part thereof, unless the owner has given prior written consent.
This charge is justified by the organization of cleaning operations and the preparation of the accommodation for the next guests. The cleaning staff are scheduled for a specific time, and their work cannot be postponed without incurring additional costs. In the event of a delay by the renter, the waiting time of the cleaning teams must be remunerated and will therefore be charged in full to the renter responsible for the delay.
**Linens – stains and damage**
We provide clean sheets and towels for your stay. In the event of permanent or difficult-to-clean stains caused by makeup, dye products, self-tanner, oils, or any other product that may damage the linen, the sheets and/or towels concerned may be charged to the guest at the replacement price.
Please take care of the linens provided to you and avoid using them to remove makeup, apply dyes, or for any other use that could cause permanent stains.
