This tastefully & thoughtfully furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small and serene apartment complex. Gate Attendants are on duty 24 hours daily to facilitate access to the premises. Covered and individually assigned parking adds to the ease with which you can access this vacation apartment. Your safety is further enhanced as the building is equipped with an intercom/buzzer system which allows you to grant your visitors access to the building.

One of the unique features of your vacation apartment complex is that it is centrally located but without the traffic noises and itinerant vendors that are normally found in the city.
How so? We are located on a quiet street off two major thoroughfares to the Business District and Shopping Malls.
The apartment is located close to two major hotels, and a stone’s throw from the famous Devon House. The Emancipation Park and the Bob Marley Museum are about 15 minutes drive.
We are also close to the Kingston Transport Centre, this is the Public Transportation Hub for the Kingston Metropolitan Area.
For the traveler wanting to enjoy the nightlife - New Kingston is the place for you. The “hip strip” boasts night clubs, restaurants, and casino gaming.
Visit the Market Place on Constant Spring Road (10 minutes drive) to experience a diverse offering of international and local cuisine. Courtyard and In House dining options adds to this venue’s cosmopolitan appeal. The Usain Bolt Tracks & Records Sports Bar is located here and has live shows weekly featuring some of our most internationally acclaimed local artiste.
Shopping – The “Plazas” on Constant Spring Road, as it is referred to by locals, is approximately 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Situated here are over 50 stores - Department Stores, Home Décor, Book Stores, Pharmacies, Fast Food Outlets, Beauty Salons, Jewellery Stores, Furniture Stores.
If there is anything you need, please ask. You will find that I am a very knowledgeable host!!
You will need to present picture identification and an "in case of emergency" contact number when checking in.
The apartment is located in a quiet secure complex and so loud music and noises can be disruptive.
Save the environment - conserve on energy. Remember to turn off air conditioning units, water heaters, fans, televisions, ovens when not in use or leaving the apartment.

I enjoyed my stay. This time around I was more prepared, being that I stayed there the year before. Internet was down for the most part and since I didn't have a phone nor service there was no way to get in contact w/ the host once I signed in. Lucky for me she happened by once and I was able to have her contact digicel to have it turned on. Pleasant neighbors as well as guards on duty.
It was good location,and on time to pick up at the airport.
Cheryl is nice lady and others are also good.
I will stay again when I visit to Kingston Jamaica.

Cheryl was the best host ever. My trip started out a disaster. Cheryl was there for advice on everything that i needed to know . The apartment was nice and clean and the photos matched the description of the apartment . Also the area was nice and quiet . I would definitely book with Cheryl in the near future
My experience of the flat was fully positive. Everything promised on the website was available, especially the wifi and fridge. The rooms and bathroom were spotless and housekeeping was always available upon request. Cheryl is an easygoing and welcoming host, and answers her messages very diligently. Every detail or issue was dealt with in a timely manner and fixed as soon as signalled. I can only recommend this apartment, in a very nice accessible area, for both business or pleasure trips. Enjoy!
Cheryl was very professional from the first email conversation. The apartment exceed my expectations, it was very clean, quiet and exactly as the pictures shows. The space is cozy and comfortable.
The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Close to everything, walking distance to Half Way tree.

Some guests do not use the internet and so I confirm this before activating. The elevator has been down for sometime and so I do not advertise the apartment as having an elevator.
