  • Olga is a really good host. My flight got delayed and I arrived at her place a bit later than she expected me but she stayed and waited. I didn't get the chance to interact with her that much but I could tell that she's very approachable.

I was there for only a night but I can really say that my stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The place was very clean and had everything--heater, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, kitchen, a clear file with emergency numbers & directions, etc! It's also near the Cipro metro stop, The Vatican, restaurants with amazing food and gelato, and other awesome sights. Will definitely stay there again when go back to Rome!

  • I arrived late and Olga met up with me. We had a little bit of a language barrier, but she was very nice nice.

The place is lovely and very clean. Very modern and only a couple of blocks from the subway. There is a big bathroom, washing machine, nice kitchen area and you get a light free breakfast up the street.

I would definitely stay here again.

P.S. Go to the Pizza place up the block (Left out of the building and its on the corner on the left with the yellow sign). Best pizza I've ever had.

  • All accommodations are very clean (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen) and the B & B has a great location, close to everything needed for a good stay. The owner very friendly and helpful. I recommend. Thanks Olga.

  • Just perfect! Location, tidyness, style.

  • Olga took the time to go over the highlights of Rome with me on a map. She was very informative and helpful regarding how to get around the city. The room was very sleek, comfortable and clean. I did laundry there (they even provided soap) and made a meal, all with ease. The BnB was full so I was sharing a bathroom with another guest but still had no problems. You can tell the apartment has been completely redone in a very Ikea style. I loved it. It was about 2 blocks from the metro which made getting around for me easy. I also took advantage of the great neighborhood places to eat and Olga gave me a voucher for breakfsat each for the typical Rome breakfast (cappucino and pastry). I would go back to Rome Sweet Rome in a second!

  • After learning about airbnb from one of the fellow travellers on my way from Poland to Slovenia 10 days back, I started trying airbnb for the first time. All my experiences have been wonderful. But I would like to particularly like to mention regarding my stay at my stay at Rome with Olga's.

It was the best I could experience and it will be very difficult to beat this apartment in terms of quality of accommodation. The apartment is brand new. The hosts Olga (she is Russian) and her friend (he is Italian), are extremely nice people. They were patiently waiting for me at the apartment as I got delayed taking public transport from the airport. Olga took pains in explaining to me all about sight seeing, night bus in case I come late, even gave me breakfast coupons to a very nice bistro near by. This was the first airbnb where I was offered breakfast- very nice of them. BTW the coffee and croissants at the bistro are very nice. But check their timings before you go. Sometimes during the weekend they may open later than 8 am.

The apartment has nice kitchenette, washing machine, TV in all rooms, Airconditioning, strong WiFi, dish washer - all brand new. Overall better than 4 star hotel experience!!

The apartment is very close to metro A which is a very big bonus considering that there are only two metros lines in Rome. The metros run till 1.30 am during the weekends and till 11.30 pm during weekdays. However the night bus runs to this place from centre of the town.

The Vatican premises are at walking distance.

When you are returning late in the night, there are two places I would like to recommend near to this apartment beside the crossroad leading to the metro stop. There is a fruit bar which sells freshly cut various kinds of melon and is very popular hanging out joint. Adjacent to that is a kiosk which serves very nice cocktails. Try their cocktails - you can sit on the pavement and enjoy the nice breeze in summer nights. The bartender is very friendly.

If in Rome, look at no other place. Just book Olga's place if available.

    Response from Olga:

thanks for the compliments, we are a new facility, and we do our utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible

  • In late July I had a great week in Rome. I stayed in the apartment of Olga, a few minutes' walk from the Vatican. An excellent apartment, everything new and clean, and all the amenities you need (AC, wifi). Not large but functional. I could also use the kitchen. Olga was friendly and helpful. She had made sure that I could have breakfast near the apartment with a nice bar. So if you are planning to explore the city and you are looking for a centrally located and comfortable place te stay, then I would definitely recommend this appartment.

  • Stanza comodissima, a pochi minuti dalla metro, pulitissima e accogliente. Olga è molto disponibile e gentile. Per non parlare del graditissimo buono per la colazione nel bistro vicino. Consigliatissimo!
