The space

Stylish apartment, located in an antique building on Defensa street.
On the ground floor there is a large dinning-living room, a totally equipped kitchen, a toilette and a small bedroom with a single bed.
On the first floor: the main bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a large wardrobe. Also, the bathroom with a bathub.
Finally, a private terrace with tables and chairs.

San Telmo is one of the oldest neighborhood of Buenos Aires, preserving old buildings and street layouts famous for their charm. It is an area of cafés, antique shops, cobblestone alleys, filled on weekends with artists and dancers, and many tourists.

The apartment is very close to several public transportation and within a walking distance to many to many touristic attractions like Casa Rosada, Avenida de Mayo, Puerto Madero or the nearby parks!

It is really very safe: a walk alone during the nights returning from Milongas where I dance tango.

This is a wonderfully unique apartment with a very quiet bedroom. There are many, many stairs so it is not for someone who has difficulty with stairs. The location is very convenient to a delicious bakery and many excellent restaurants/bars.

This is a truly fantastic place in a wonderful, historic neighborhood brimming with great restaurants, art galleries, antiques stores and entertainment, often had for free right down the street in Plaza Dorrego. The place itself is utterly charming, with very high ceilings in the…

The apartment is funky and has everything we needed. It was quiet considering how conveniently located it is. Things such as electric wiring, water taps and door handles are on the fixer upper side but not dangerous. The internet was pretty decent and everything worked. The p…

This was great! Our host met on time and was prompt about checking us out. She even left us a goodie bag of wine and snacks when we arrived and then made sure we were in a taxi and on our way home before she left. The apartment was beautiful (especially the view from the upsta…

Great place! The flat is right in the heart of the where the Sunday market in San Telmo is held which is brilliant. Comfortable place in which we felt right at home.

Tino and Eva are great hosts. Many thanks for this great apartment (2 floors on a traditional beautiful building; we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace for early coffee or late night drink.). Amazingly well located, near many superb restaurants, tango and milonga evenings, …
