Two comfortable bedrooms, one double, one twin (listed separately) available in a cosy traditional cottage close to the river Tees, Barnard Castle with the Bowes Museum, the 'The Witham' arts centre, Lartington Hall, Eggleston Hall Gardens, High Force waterfall, Hamsterley Forest, Kynren at Auckland Castle, the heart of the Yorkshire Dales and less than an hour from the Lake District. You’ll love my place because of its location in a picturesque village with two welcoming pubs and lovely walks.

Rachel is a wonderful host and we enjoyed the location being close to Barnard Castle, Eggleston, etc. The Fox and Hound Pub is just around the corner within walking distance.
