Enjoy your morning coffee on the WATER VIEW, 3rd floor ‘Sky Deck’ while taking in the Beaufort coastal breeze, the boats on Taylor’s Creek, dolphins swimming in the sound, and the wild horses on the protected island reserve.
Then, stroll (or drive the golf cart) a couple of blocks to catch a ferry to Sand Dollar Island or Shackleford Banks, or book a catamaran sunset sail over to Cape Lookout. If you bring your boat, we have ample parking for your boat and are located about 1 mile away from the Beaufort public boat ramp.
Be sure to eat lunch at one of the many water view restaurants, grab some local ice cream, take the historic red double-decker bus tour, and then at the end of the day, wind down in a hammock or by the fire pit with sunset and a water view.

— A signed Liability Waiver and Agreement is REQUIRED to have access to the golf cart for your stay.
— You must be 25 years of age to operate the golf cart as well as sign a liability waiver and agreement, provide drivers license, and insurance information. This is REQUIRED.
— Only the individual(s) who sign the liability waiver and agreement and also provide drivers license and insurance information are eligible to operate the golf cart. No exceptions.
— Failure to adhere to the rules and obligations laid out in the Golf Cart Liability Waiver and Agreement, may result in termination of rental lease.
— Once the waiver is signed, you’ll be provided with further instructions on how to safely operate the golf cart.

— NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE!!
— Pets CANNOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED/ALONE in the yard or inside the home.
— Pets MUST BE CRATED when the pet owner is not present.
— Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash can outside.
— Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
— **Do NOT arrive without paying the pet fee. If you include your pet in your reservation, then the pet fee will be automatically included in your booking total, and you are good to go. If not, no worries. Just let me know, and I can send you the pet fee request after booking.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
— Must be 25 years to book
— The person renting must be staying onsite for duration of stay (cannot rent for someone else).
NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
— Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the property grounds.
— Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
NO LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS
— Absolutely no large group gatherings and NO PARTIES.
— Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued.

PARKING
— Park in the driveway, in the garage, or on the grass. Please park on the street as a last resort. — If you’re bringing your boat, please feel free to park it at the property as well. The owners pull a 25 foot boat, and the driveway is long enough to park the 25 foot boat trailer and a large GMC pickup. If you park the pickup connected to the boat trailer in the driveway, it does not stick out into the road.
