About this listing
Dear future guests, welcome to Santiago! At my apartment you will find a prime location just steps from the metro/subway stop called Universidad Católica. I have WiFi, Netflix and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has a lot of space and is very cozy. It has all the necessary commodities to make your stay an excellent experience. I have WiFi with strong signal in every room and Netflix. I work just one block away from the apartment and have very flexible working hours, so I'm basically available 24/7.
The location is excellent. "Barrio Lastarria", a cultural neighborhood with restaurants, museums, theaters and more, is only a 3 minute walk away. The place is also near the Gabriel Mistral cultural center (GAM) and the Universdad Católica Metro Station. Almost everything you want to visit in Santiago is nearby, and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have during your visit.
Interaction with guests
I'm a young lawyer who works in a NGO. I offer a public transport card, maps of the city and guide books with the most interesting parts to visit.
The neighborhood is full of life and university students. You can walk to most of the interesting areas of Santiago, like Barrio Lastarria, La Moneda (the Chilean version of the White House), Bellavista, Pablo Neruda's house, Santa Lucía and Plaza de Armas.
Walking distance from the metro/subway and all other means of public transportation.
Other things to note
I don't smoke. You can also use the refrigerator and cook your own meals. Breakfast food is included (bread, eggs, avocado, yogurt, tea and coffee) so you can prepare it yourself.
I also have a washing and dryer machine.
Antonia and I recently moved to the center of Santiago and we have a spare room. Some years ago we traveled and used Airbnb, our experience using this service was great, so we now want to repeat the experience, by being hosts.
I am a lawyer and Antonia is a political scientist, we love cooking, beer and literature.
We are fluent in english and some french.
