Additional Bathrooms: There are three additional bathrooms throughout the apartment, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Modern kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need, including essentials like sugar, salt, oil, and coffee. Basic utensils such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery are provided. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Stylish dining area accommodates six guests, creating an inviting space for shared meals and gatherings.

Conveniently access metro stations: Noviciado (line 2), San Bernardo (lines 2 and 4), and Tribunal (lines 10 and 1) within walking distance. The Tribunal station offers direct services to Atocha train station for the AVE high-speed trains to Sevilla, Valencia, and Barcelona. Numerous bus lines (138, 147, 21, 37, 39, C03) are also nearby, making it easy to explore the entire city.
Two sets of keys are provided. Please take good care of them! In case of loss, a fee of €150 will be charged for issuing replacement copies.
To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary cleaning once a week, including a change of sheets and towels, so you can relax and enjoy your time in Madrid without any hassle.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly ask our guests to show respect for the neighbors and avoid excessive noise between 22:00 and 10:00. Additionally, after midnight, it is not allowed to remain in the patio, as residents of the building may have work schedules. Loud music is not permitted at any time of the day.
Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 10:00. However, we are willing to be flexible based on your needs whenever possible.
