Enjoy your visit to sunny AZ in this clean & bright home w/ large private backyard w/ heated pool (addt. fee). Lots of outdoor furniture for lounging & relaxing (covered couch, 4 chaise lounges, 2 Adirondack chairs, hanging egg chair & outdoor table for enjoying meals together). Outdoor games: cornhole & ax throwing. Inside find open living for enjoying time w/ family & friends + well stocked kitchen & 3 private bedrooms. Conveniently located just minutes off highway 101. 12 mins to PHX airport.

The space
Single level home on a quiet street. Located just 18 mins to Old Town Scottsdale, 15 mins to downtown Chandler, 10 mins to Cubs Spring Training games & 17 mins to Dbacks Spring Training games.

Heated pool is available from October - beginning of May. Pool heating is an additional $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need a minimum of 48 hour notice if you want the pool heated, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. If you opt to have the pool heated, it will be controlled by management. Please understand that a pool heater can only do so much when temperatures drop into the 50's and there isn't a pool cover.

3 Bedrooms all with ceiling fans & room darkening shades:
Bedroom #1: Master suite with king bed, smart tv, desk with chair, closet, attached bathroom with exterior door out of bathroom for easy access for guests to use bathroom while using the pool. Bathroom has step-in shower.
Bedroom #2: Two twin beds
Bedroom #3: Queen bed

All linens, towels and pool towels provided, as well as paper products and soaps. Paper products are supplied for a 3-5 day stay depending on usage. Laundry room with washer & dryer is available for guest use. High speed WiFi throughout the home.

2 car garage is available for guest use & 2 cars can fit in the driveway. Home is conducive to long term stay, please inquire if you are looking for a longer term stay.

Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo.

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for short or long-term stays. Two types of coffee brewers, large pot drip coffee maker and Keurig.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of 2 locking closets (one inside the home and one in the garage and a locked cabinet located in the garage.

Other things to note
Pool is heated for an additional fee of $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. Pool is serviced once a week, you will be made aware of the day the pool service arrives at check-in. Landscaper comes every other week, you will be made aware of the day at check-in. Pest control comes once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with a pest control visit.
