**Be advised -construction is happening in the lot behind us. All of our backyard amenities are completely usable and although working may occur during the day, nighttimes are peaceful and our guests have been enjoying themselves**

HOUSE RULES ( Because someone did it and ruins it for everyone else- Don’t be that guy)
1. Renter Agreement
You must complete the renter agreement with ID capture after booking through our management software, Hospitable. This is required.
2. No Parties or Extra Guests
If you break this rule, you must leave right away with no refund. You will also pay a $750 deep clean fee plus any damage costs. (Plus a sheriff lives in our neighborhood and we know him well - lets not have him introduce himself to you).
3. Pets
Dogs only . Any pet without approval = $250 fee.
4. Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana.
Breaking this rule = $750 cleaning fee. You may also be asked to leave.
5. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM every night.
6. No Glitter or Dye
Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, towels, etc. Primary renter is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
7. Biohazards
Please leave the home clean. Leaving bodily fluids for the cleaners to clean up costs a $500 fee.
8. Check-Out
No check-outs on major federal holidays. We may ask you to change your dates. (we give our cleaners days off too)
If you stay past check-out time without approval, you pay $50 for every 20 minutes you stay.
9. Hot Tub / Cold Plunge / Pool
* You must be 18 or older.
* Shower before you get in.
* No glass near the hot tub.
* No sunscreen, self-tanner, lotion, or cream on your skin when you enter.
* Use at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
* Turn the lights off and put the cover on when you finish (clips must be attached). If we have to drain and clean the hot tub because rules were broken, you pay a $250 fee.
10. Airbnb Experiences
Please do not book Airbnb Experiences during your stay. These are run by outside people who are not checked or insured by us or Airbnb. This rule helps keep everyone safe.
The main guest is responsible for everyone who comes into the home.
