Frances and Enda are great hosts, with a lovely home. Frances was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, offering a quiet, spotless room, spaciouis bathroom and a sumptuous breakfast. Would I recommend Frances' home? I'm already planning a time to go back.... for a few days longer
We really enjoyed staying at Frances' lovely home! Very friendly, knowledgable, and conscientious hosts. A room with a beautiful view of their green fields and we even caught the sunset! Great bed, great shower!
Frances met us at the door, offered tea & coffee immediately and helped get our bags to our room. We sat down and had a chat the first half hour before getting recommendations for dinner.
Frances is one of the most friendly and pleasant hosts you can imagine. She welcomed us with tea and cookies and we talked a little bit about her life and our trip.
The garden is really awesome with lots of trees and also rabbits in the garden ;-)
The room was exactly as displayed and also very clean and big.
In the morning we got some Kilbeggan-Porridge with almond milk, which she bought especially for us, because we are vegan.
Hope to see you again!
We stayed one night in Frances and Enda's house where we felt very welcome. Frances was very warmhearted and gave us really good hints about what to visit in the area ( Newgrange and Clonmacnoise - amazing sites to see!). She offered coffee and cakes upon our arrival. Thanks again for your kind hospitality, Frances!
The house is beautiful. Frances and Enda are wonderful people who make you feel very welcome and right at home. Wish I had been able to stay longer.
Based on the reviews, my mother and I decided to stay two nights instead of one to kick off our Ireland holiday. Boy, are we glad we did! Frances and Enda are a lovely couple and welcomed us into their home as if we were family. We were welcomed with two big smiles and to a lovely tea in the sitting room. Breakfast was accompanied by wonderful conversation and advice on things to do in the area. The room overlooked the front gardens (beautiful) and was more than comfortable for my mother and I (two beds, full and twin). If you are in the area or passing through, I recommend Frances and Enda's hospitality.

About the Host, Frances
I'm Frances and I'm married to Enda. We have three grown up children. Enda manages a restaurant and I work in the local hospital. We love meeting new people, a nice glass of red wine, good food and great chat. We live in my home place although we have also lived abroad in America and Europe. Our aim is to make your stay with us memorable for all the right reasons. Please do let us know in advance what you like to do/see on holidays....we have loads of great historical sights in the Midlands, fantastic scenic walks, and so much more. We would be delighted to assist and guide you on this trip. Do decide to stay at least two nights in Loughnagore House- rural Ireland is stunning. So much to do..so little time..
