I love Pawley's Islands laid back, southern charm. We are located on the top rated True Blue Golf Course just 5 minutes from the beautiful beach. There are many local restaurants and shops. All action and activity of Myrtle Beach is just 20 miles to the north, close enough to visit and enjoy but far enough away to avoid the highrises, neon lights, crowds and noise.

The Beach:
The beach is peaceful and pristine, and renowned for its surf. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. On the island are three fine launch boat ramps. Pawley's is a family beach where you can enjoy crabbing off a crab dock, shelling, biking and canoeing or kayaking. The ambiance is laid back. During high tide explore the salt marsh with your own kayak or rent one. Swimming, fishing and sunning are just a few of the activities that await you

Fishing & Boating:

With five freshwater rivers, the Intracoastal Waterway, swamps, saltwater creeks, bays, inlets and miles of coastline along the Atlantic Ocean, Georgetown County offers an endless adventure for boaters and fishermen. The black-water rivers in Georgetown County are beautiful and bountiful. Winding through miles of cypress swamp, these waters shelter bass, bream, warmouth and catfish year-round. Boaters also run up these rivers. They come to view the native species of birds and other wildlife, and to picnic on the dandy shores that breach the curtain of cypress and marsh on the water's edge. Murrells Inlet provides boat, kayak, jet skis, and Wave Runner rentals or parasailing.

Biking:

The Neck is a paved cycling and walking trail through woods, residential areas and over bridges from Murrells Inlet to Pawley's Island. It encompasses 12 scenic miles. Beach roads are also very bicycle-friendly and are great for walking and inline skating as well.

Huntington Beach State Park-

Hikers can venture through a nature trail that extends into the forest and winds along boardwalks in the marsh, where visitors can view alligators from observation decks.

Note: This is a no smoking unit. All Home Owner Association (HOA) rules apply to guests.

Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least twenty-five (25) years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. A valid driver's license is required with all reservations.
Accommodations: 6-8 in a three bedroom unit, maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. All guest must be listed below on the Rental Agreement. Anyone staying in the unit not listed on the Rental Agreement will result in entire party being removed from the property and forfeiture of deposit and all rental payments. ___________ Guest initials (Initial to indicate you have read & accept the terms on this page).
Check-in & out: Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Check-out no later than 10:00am is required (Additional fees equal to a full day's rental shall be incurred for late check-out, this is strictly enforced). If guests are not present when cleaning crews arrive and have left their possessions in the house, cleaning crews will collect the possessions and remove them from the premises in order to prepare the house for incoming guests and guests will be charged $150 for this service. . ___________ Guest initials (Initial to indicate you have read & accept the terms on this page).
Annoyances & Nuisances: Loud and boisterous noise will not be tolerated. Excessive noise after the hours of 10:00pm is a violation of the local noise ordinance. No immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful activity is permitted in the unit or on the property. Should a house party (chaperoned or unchaperoned) occur, occupancy would be immediately terminated. Should a parent check into a rental and later minors unattended, minors will be evicted. No refund, including unused rental amounts, and security deposits will be refunded
Conduct of Children: Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Children are not allowed to jump on furniture. Damage to any of the condo property or personal property of the owner and other residents will be the responsibility of the parent. Injuries to children due to misconduct will be the responsibility of the parents. An adult must accompany all children under fourteen (14) years of age in the pool area and playground per South Carolina law.
Grills: No gas, charcoal grills or other outdoor cooking devices may be used in units or on balconies, porches or hallways. Charcoal grills are provided behind each unit in safe areas for all guests. Guests are responsible for cleaning community grills after each use.
Trash: To ensure that our properties are kept clean and comfortable, we require all guests to remove all trash and food from the refrigerator and pantries on the day of check-out. There is a $10.00 charge for any trash left behind. All trash and unit debris must be placed in the dumpsters located across the parking area.
Condominium Parking: Double parking or parking on the landscaping/grass is not permitted. Parking campers, boats, motorcycles or trailers overnight is strictly prohibited. Golf carts are only allowed on the golf course. Bikes should always be stored in the bike racks.
Locked Closets: Owners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are not included in this rental and are off limits for use.
Swimming Pools: Pool rules are clearly posted in the pool areas and enforced. Pool hours are 9:00am – 11:00pm. All renters are cautioned that they use the swimming pool, its equipment, and facilities at their own risk. Resort Passes: Pool passes are provided in the unit. There is a limited number of pool passes per unit. IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that the pool passes be returned before check-out. Keys: We use a key pad system instead of keys. Your personal code will be active from 3 pm on check in day and will expire at 10 am on check out day.
Repairs: We cannot guarantee air-conditioning, appliances, or fixtures. There will be no refund upon their failure. We try to keep these units in good working order. Our best will be done to have any malfunction repaired as quickly as possible. . Maintenance of any kind by the Home Owners Assoc. for repairs, upgrades or maintenance of the property, buildings and surrounding grounds are out of the control of the owner and shall not be grounds for refunds
Upon Arrival: Immediately notify Margaret (phone number hidden) or (phone number hidden) of any missing or inoperative furnishings or equipment or any faulty or unsafe conditions. Occupancy by you and/or your party shall be conclusive evidence that the unit is in satisfactory condition. During your stay, please promptly report any problems to Margaret so that our maintenance staff might attend to them efficiently for your safety and comfort, and for that of future guests. Agents/Maintenance personnel are permitted to enter premises during normal working hours (8:00am to 6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting necessary repairs and/or maintenance. Emergency Maintenance Safety and maintenance personnel are permitted to enter the premises after hours for emergency situations.

Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or after check in will be removed from the property with no refund.
Liable: The owner of the unit, shall not be liable for any damages or injury to the guest or to any other persons, damages to any property occurring on the premises or any part of the common areas and the guest agrees to hold the owner of the unit harmless for any claims of damages or injury, no matter how caused. The owner of the unit will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other damage to guest's personal property or vehicle. By accepting this rental agreement as the guest, you agree to be responsible for any damage to the dwelling or grounds and to the furnishings that occur during your stay through act or negligence of you, your family, friends, or social guests. You agree to surrender the property at the time and date specified in your rental in as of good condition as it was at the beginning of your stay. If unit is not left in satisfactory condition, you shall be charged for repair and restoration to satisfactory condition, plus lost rents. The Guests are responsible for the care of the premises, appliances and furnishings and for all damages caused by accidental, negligent or wrongful acts by the Guest or Guests' guest(s). The Guests agree to replace, at their own expense, or to reimburse the Owner for all losses, breakage or damage that occur during their stay, including losses, breakage or damage that may exceed the damage deposit. Guests agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Owner in enforcing this agreement.
CHARGEBACKS: The Guests agree not to claim any chargebacks or credits from their credit card issuer for any fees charged to their credit card(s), including but not limited to advance rental payments, damage deposits, rental payments, taxes or any additional fees for lost, stolen or damaged items.

This agreement will be effective when it is accepted by the renter and delivered electronically or by mail to owner and owner receives renter's advance rental payment, the guest registration, and the copy or image of renter's driver's license or passport. Unless owner has, in writing, extended the time in which to complete all actions, owner may rescind the offer to rent at any time prior to completion of all actions.

Responsible guests must be 25 years or older. Parents or guardians must be present during entire stay.

No Smoking inside unit (ashtrays have been provided on the screened patio, please clean up after yourself)


We have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. The responsible party age 25 or older who accepts the Rental Agreement must be present during the entire stay. All guest occupying the property must be listed in the Rental Agreement. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from our home with no refund.


Leave unit broom swept, no food left in fridge, wipe up spills at once, dishes washed, towels left in bathtub. Please do not leave wet towels on the beds. Do not put sheets, comforters, blankets or pillows in the tub. Remove all trash to the outside bins across the parking area


Do not remove anything that does not belong to you from the unit


Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit


Do not turn the air conditioning lower than 68 degrees or run the A/C or heat with the doors or windows opened


Do not take bath towels, blankets, sheets etc. to the beach


Check-in 3pm check-out 10am strictly enforced. Key codes will change at these times. Cleaning staff will arrive at 10 am on check out day and you will no longer have access to the home.
You are supplied with pool passes, a charge of $75 for each lost or missing pool pass. Please return all pool passes at check out to avoid this charge


Be respectful of others residents. Many of our neighbors are full time residents and may have to be up early in the morning.

House Parties: Loud and boisterous parties will not be tolerated. Should a house party (chaperoned or unchaperoned) occur, occupancy would be immediately terminated. Should a parent check into a rental and later leave students or minors unattended, the students/minors will be evicted. No refund, including unused rental amounts, and security deposits will be refunded.

No activity is permitted which will affect the structural integrity of the property or adversely affect the property insurance coverage. All such activity shall result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of rent, fees, and deposits.
Conduct of Children: Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Children are not allowed to jump on furniture. Damage to any of the condo property or personal property of the owner and other residents will be the responsibility of the parent. Injuries to children due to misconduct will be the responsibility of the parents. An adult must accompany all children under fourteen (14) years of age in the pool area and playground per South Carolina law.

Emergency Procedures: If you discover a fire in the unit, please do the following: from a safe location, immediately call the Fire Department (911) and tell the dispatcher the unit number. Alert the other occupants in your building. Security is the responsibility of each and every guest. Depending upon the nature if the situation, guests are requested to notify Myrtle Beach Sheriff at (phone number hidden) or (phone number hidden) non-emergency or 911 for emergencies.
Hazards: No guest shall use or permit to be brought into the condo or storage closet any flammable oils or fluids such as gasoline, kerosene, or other explosive or articles deemed extra hazardous to life, limb or property.
Trash: To ensure that our properties are kept clean and comfortable, we require all guests to remove all trash and food from the refrigerator and pantries on the day of check-out. There is a $10.00 charge for any trash left behind. All trash and unit debris must be placed in secured, heavy-duty plastic bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on the property.
Condominium Parking: Parking is limited to four (4) automobiles per unit. Vehicles shall be parked only in marked designated spaces. Double parking, parking on the landscaping/grass, or along the curb is not permitted. Parking campers, boats, motorcycles or trailers overnight is strictly prohibited. Golf carts are only allowed on the golf course. Bikes should always be stored in the bike racks. Motorcycles & trailers are prohibited and will be towed.
Locked Closets: Owners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are not included in this rental and are off limits for use.
Swimming Pools: Pool rules are clearly posted in the pool areas and enforced. Pool hours are 9:00am – 11:00pm. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the pool areas unless accompanied by an adult. Glass objects are prohibited at the pool. All renters are cautioned that they use the swimming pool, its equipment, and facilities at their own risk.
