Other things to note
What I love about this neighborhood the most is the location. Off street parking included in an area where parking can be a challenge, especially during the summer and high seasons.

All the neighbors in the area are all wonderful people who live in Santa Fe because it is such a charming and lovely place to live.

Public bus stops are close by.

If you do not want to rent a car, you can take the train from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Depot is 0.5 miles from the house.

I can also arrange to pick you up from the Airport and bring you to the house.

Location

Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States

One of the oldest neighborhoods in Santa Fe, it was originally a farming community, evolving into a bustling marketplace when in 1880, trains began to deliver tourists, new residents and goods to the nearby Railyard. When railroad activity declined, the neighborhood remained, but commercial activity waned until a resurgence in the 1960's brought about by a new artistic community.

Today, the Guadalupe District retains its original charm, but its style is even more distinctive with a vibrant mix of unusual shops, restaurants and energetic local music scene, bounded by the historical Railyard on one end and the Santuario de Guadalupe – a local and national treasure – at the other. You can easily spend the day exploring the Railyard and Guadalupe District without running out of things to do and see, or continue walking across the Santa Fe River to the Downtown Plaza to experience the best of both the new and the historic Santa Fe.

As your possible future host: Hello and welcome. I am happy to be of service to you as you enjoy one of my favorite places on earth: Santa Fe. I am well travelled, relatively new to town and have actively been exploring what this place offers and will gladly share the gems I have found from hiking, to shopping, to meeting places, to day trips and to nightlife. I am a first generation American Mexican who recently changed professions from working in the corporate world as an Engineer to being of Service and helping people out on a more personal level. I love to enjoy nature, entertain friends, engage in deeper conversation, and travel of course. Some of my favorite travel destinations include the Sacred Valley of Peru, Punta de Este in Uruguay, Glenwood Springs Colorado for some rafting, and Mount Shasta California.
