Pamela's place is lovely. Her communication was excellent and we had a great stay. The neighborhood is lovely and only about 15 minutes on the train into the city. Really enjoyed our stay.

Response from Pamela:
Shayne, Thank you for the kind review. We really enjoyed meeting you and hosting you in Pied. I appreciate the suggestion of more info on MAX. I will make sure it is refreshed and maybe a hard copy as reference. Terrific idea ... always love the opportunity to do it better. :)

Pamela's place was super convenient right next to the MAX. $6-7 uber/lyft rides to all the night life, gardens and zoo! In a nice neighborhood, close to almost everything! Pamela was so amazing, she gave us a tour of the house and then gave us our space, but was always there when we needed suggestions or directions. Already planning my next trip to Portland. The washroom was convenient to have inside the airbnb, especially when I unpacked my clothes and they were wrinkled. Thank you Pamela for everything once again! Rating 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, accessibility to Portland nightlife and sight seeing.

Jessica, I'm so happy to know you both enjoyed yourselves. I'll take 10 out of 10 ... any day. Come back soon! :)

Pamela was a great host and she was very responsive and available for any questions about the area. The apartment was private and it was helpful to have shampoo and soap, coffee, water and even laundry detergent available for using the washer and dryer. It was hot in Portland during our stay (highs in the 100s) and there is no air conditioning in the unit. But having two large fans was very helpful and it got much cooler at night.

This place is straight up rejuvenating, clean, & quiet. This was my first time using Airbnb & I had no idea what to expect. I was a little weirded out by the whole airbnb thing but all of that went right out the window when I met Pamela face to face. She was totally awesome in every way.

We had a wonderful time and stay in Portland. The Pied was on the lower level of a gorgeous home. The entire basement was all ours and was completely furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. It felt cozy and was so quiet. We went in the summer so it did feel a little hot but we used the fans to keep us cool. Kitchen was stocked with all cookware, coffee, and welcome beer in the fridge! Very nice surprise. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and walkable to some great eats and the transit. The transit was $5 per person per day. Not bad as the public transportation in Portland was super, we took it to hike to mirror lake (that's a must! Transit was 20min to downtown and comes every 15mins. Pied was a home away from home. We can't wait to come back.

Hi there.
I've been airbnb-ing for a while now and am still excited when someone searches out my spot.

I've been in Portland for over 18 years. I'm from Los Angeles, then San Francisco and now Portland is home.
I love to eat, to cook, to entertain and sometimes to just loaf around.

I’m excited about the prospect of meeting new people and hearing about your adventures in Portland; if you want to share.

Come, relax, walk, eat, drink and breath in a little of the beauty and charm that is Portland.
