Escape to this spacious newly built 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath villa just 700m from the beach and town center of Samara Beach (Playa Samara) ! Enjoy a private accommodation with a pool, a jacuzzi and a patio backing onto a protected forest where monkeys and birds roam while staying walking distance to the town and the beach !

The caretaker comes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at around 7AM to maintain the Garden and the Pool.

Air Conditioning & Natural Cooling

Please note that air conditioning units are available only in the bedrooms. The house has been thoughtfully designed to optimize natural airflow, ensuring that the living areas and other rooms remain comfortably cool throughout the day. This eco-friendly approach not only enhances your stay but also keeps the space refreshing and pleasant.

Jacuzzi with Hydrojets

For your relaxation, the outdoor jacuzzi is equipped with hydrojets for a soothing massage experience. Please note that the jacuzzi is not heated.

Laundry equipment

Guests have access to both a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience—no need to visit a laundromat during your stay! To help us conserve energy and resources, we kindly ask that you group laundry loads rather than running small loads daily.

For bathing suits, we recommend rinsing them in the shower and air drying to extend their lifespan and reduce appliance use.

Please note that the Samsung SmartThings app allows us to monitor laundry usage remotely.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT : Our gardener visits the property on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at around 7am to attend the garden and the pool.

Also the marine grade catamaran net is not to be used as a trampoline and only to lay onto !
