SUPER CUTE two-story townhome with loft near LSU and Downtown Baton Rouge!

It's a perfectly chic retreat space for you to enjoy! Amenities include two king beds (guest favorites!), day bed with trundle, full kitchen with coffee maker, wireless internet, three Roku TVs, washer and dryer, office space, and plenty of room to relax. The fully-enclosed garage is right behind our beautifully manicured, fenced-in back yard boasting a large patio and deck.

And did we mention super cute!?

The space
Beautifully remodeled townhome near LSU and downtown Baton Rouge with a fully enclosed garage!!! You'll be in a quiet neighborhood that's not on a major throroughfare. The property has a fenced in back yard oasis with a dining set under a covered patio, and a large deck with seating for six!

Service animals and ESAa are welcome! We just ask that the animal accompany the guest at all times, and is not left in the house alone. We also ask that guests clean up waste by either discarding solids in the alley garbage bin or throwing them into the area between the back yard bushes and the fence, so as to not leave it out on the mulch areas.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, the garage, and the beautifully landscaped back yard, complete with a covered patio and large deck! You'll enter the garage with a key code then get your key and garage door remote in a lockbox in the garage and you're all set!

Coming and going at night? Both the garage and back yard have automatic motion sensing floodlights for your safety and convenience!

Airbnb has a strict no party policy, and we follow that to the letter. Airbnb defines a "party" as a disruptive gathering that includes open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, excessive visitors, and other disturbances to the surrounding community. While small, respectful gatherings might be acceptable, large, loud, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited.

Baton Rouge law limits our guest count to two guests per bedroom, plus two, so our maximum occupancy is six. The city also has strict compliance regulations for short-term rental owners/hosts. Therefore, for compliance and Airbnb insurance purposes, we limit the number of people on property to the number of guests on the reservation.
