Please remember to bring your applicable cleaning fee in cash to leave upon check out. Sometimes people add the cleaning fee to the Airbnb price but collecting it in cash saves us both money since airbnb adds a percentage fee on all money collected through their platform.
You have the apartment to yourself. You are welcome to use all condiments, spices, and teas.
Please remove shoes at the door, it keeps the carpets nice.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down after 11pm.
I live here when it isn't rented, so please be respectful of my things.
Comfortable, with a nice view of the Flatirons from the balcony. Stairs may be a consideration for some. Long walk to stores and restaurants.
Zeona was a great host. Very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great time. The apartment was in a great location, close to most activities. Thank you so much!
Our stay here was great! We had a little trouble getting into the space at the beginning, however the host kindly offered a partial refund for the miscommunications.
The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. It was only a 5$ uber ride to pearl street, and about 15 min drive to tons of hiking trails.
The space was very clean and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Boulder for a few days.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Zeona left helpful things like maps around for us to use. Overall, the space is well maintained and we very much enjoyed staying here. The proximity to Baseline and Chataqua was perfect for our stay in Boulder!
Zeona was available for questions via text and responded very quickly-- especially appreciate the tips on where to run. Apartment is clean and comfortable. We hit it on the wrong night-- loud music played well into the early hours, but think that was just a bit unlucky.
Zeona's apartment was clean, cozy, and provided a comfortable stay. It was within walking distance of CU, Pearl, and other points of interest in Boulder. Additionally, Zeona gave detailed information about the apartment and the available amenities.
Nice little spot- very neat and tidy. Bit challenging to find at night. Great and quick e-mail response. Thanks

Hi! I'm originally from Maui, Hawaii, but have been living in and loving Boulder, CO for over 3 years now. I am a Licensed Bodyworker (massage and other modalities), Body-centered Counselor, and doTERRA aromatherapy distributor here in town. I love traveling and meeting travelers. I think hosting people is an incredible way to live vicariously through their adventures in between my own. I was a tour guide around the US, so I can be a great reference if you're on or planning a road trip.
