Lidia était très accueillante et sympathique ! L'emplacement est idéal et nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez elle. Je recommande !
Lidia was the perfect host and her apartment was incredible for our 1 week stay in Buenos Aires. We caught an overnight bus into BA and arrived very early in the morning and Lidia was happy to meet us at the apartment first thing in the morning so we could check in straight away.
The apartment was lovely and clean and in a perfect location between the pubs and restaurants in Plaza Serrano and the subte station at Plaza Italia. Right next door to the building, there is a laundry where we had our washing done for 30 peso and there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. We really could not have been any happier with the location.
Lidia also allowed us to stay later on checkout because our bus was not departing Buenos Aires until the afternoon. Overall, she was the perfect host!
We chose this apartment because of its very desirable location in Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires. Great restaurants, shopping, bars, markets in trendy neighborhood also easy access to busy Av. Santa Fe. We didn't have a local cell phone when we arrived, but Lidia and her husband Carlos stayed in touch via email and she came to find us in a McDonalds to walk to the apartment. The apartment is well-appointed, with internet, cable TV, full kitchen in a secure building. The walls are a little thin and there isn't much of a view, but overall very comfortable and well-priced. Lidia and Carlos are very nice people, a bottle of water, excellent Malbec from Mendoza and delicious Argentine chocolates included!
The apartment is in the perfect location, is so clean and looked after. Lidia is obviously very proud of the apartment and you can see in all the care that is taken to make sure our stay was comfortable from information about the neighbourhood, soap in the bathroom, ironing board and iron and even a 2l bottle of water in the fridge.
Palermo Soho is stunning and we felt completely safe to walk around.
The flat was great.
1) We were welcomed by Lidia, right on arrival. Perfect after a long flight, so we did not need to search the place. Basics like bisquits and some water where already there.
2) The flat was as expected, everything was there and clean. The kitchen is fully equiped.
3) Lidia gave us all important information: Supermarket, neighbourhood etc. and had more information gathered in a map for us.
4) The place is great. The neighbourhood is very safe and has everything you need, from shopping, to fastfood to good restaurants. The house is safe and has safety doors. The connection to the tube/subte is only ca. 300m down the road and leads right into the citycenter.
5) Lidia was always available for requests and the flat was even cleaned within our two weeks stay including fresh towels.
As starting point in south america it was perfect and we head a wonderful time.
Thank you Lidia
The apartment is perfect and its location is SUPERB! I visited Buenos Aires with a friend and we had the best time! Lidia was a great host and the apartment was clean, and had everything that we could have asked for. I would highly recommend this place for close friends traveling together or a couple that is looking to really get to know the city!
