As seen in the pictures this is the smallest room, hence the lower price. The bed is placed under an eve. Many love its quaint charm and its comfy feeling but if you are looking for a large room I would suggest the King or Queen room or Wicker.

Interaction with Guests
You may see me and you may not!
My guests tell me they love the quietness and and quaintness of the neighborhood and love that its close to the beach.
There is public transportation two blocks away. It will take you awhile to get around with the buses so a car is the best way to get to see Cape Cod.
Other Things to Note
Please park in the front of the house. Walk around to the BACK DOOR near the driveway. A motion detector light will go on so you can see. You will need the passcode before you arrive so please be sure to contact me to get the code.
All I ask is that guests be considerate of each other so that everyone has an enjoyable stay! Please clean up after yourselves in the kitchen and the bathroom so that things are clean for other guests.
Linda's place was great! The room was comfortable and safe. The breakfast was perfect every morning and the town was very cute! Just what we needed for a nice relaxing stay.
Linda was very accommodating. Although she was not present during our stay she did make sure to have someone near the house available if needed. Through directions of what to do and what is available for use was provided prior to the stay and a small breakfast and coffee was provided in the morning. Other guests were staying there, but everyone seemed to respect each others privacy, very well managed.
We had a great stay at Linda's place. We are a couple from Norway and Germany and stayed there for two nights. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. We were provided with towels - even for the beach - and everything else we needed. We also had air condition and a little fridge on our room which was very handy.
In addition, Linda's replied very fast to all questions we had. Even though she was not there during our stay, which she told us in advance, everything was described very clearly in the house. Also, another person who lives on the property was there to help us. She kept the place very tidy and clean.
Our experience was so relaxing, affordable and convenient, which is tough to find on the Cape during the summer. Linda's suggestions for places to go and things to see were really helpful. Thank you for making our vacation great!
Very clean, cute, and comfortable. Nice selection of cereals for breakfast. No complaints, no complications!
My friends and I had the pleasure to stay with Linda last year (2014) for my first Pan Mass Challenge. We returned this year and, once again, were thrilled with our experience. Linda accommodated all of our needs and we woke up Sunday morning, refreshed and ready to take on the second day of the PMC with fervor. We're looking forward to staying with Linda again in 2016!
Beach Haven IS a haven. Clean and spacious and very comfortable. The Cottage Room was just right for me-good size, right next to the bathroom and with an air conditioner that cooled off the room quickly. Good location, easy on and off Rte 28. Thanks, Linda!

About the Host, Linda
I work in the local public school system as a Speech Pathologist with middle school and high school children. I have always thought sharing my home as a B & B might be something I would want to do someday. I finally took the leap and am meeting people from all over the world! I love it!!
As your host, I think you will find me very friendly and hospitable. I will do my best to make your stay at my home one that will make you feel as comfortable as you would in your own home! I want you to enjoy the common areas such as the living room and help yourself to any thing you need in the kitchen. Feel free to cook your dinner if you prefer that to going out. I think my feedback describes what you will find when you get to my home.
I did lots of traveling when I was in high school (a trip to Italy with my brother and two girlfriends when I was 17 years old. We traveled for a month all over Italy!! At some stops we stayed with relatives and at others B & B's. I don't think that would happen often in today's world. I did it again when I graduated from college but this time in addition to Italy spent a little time in Switzerland and Belgium as well.
For the last six years I have spent 8 days every summer (in August) with high school girlfriends on the beautiful island of St Martin where one of the girls owns a villa.
I can't wait to meet each and every one of you!
